You may try using self curing dental acrylic,(powder /liquid) you should be able to get some from the dental supply store, cures in a minute. Very easy to manipulate, very durable. Or what they have now for nails, from what i know you could even mold the acrylic in place then conveniently cure it with uv light.
I also use baking soda and super glue for different repairs. When you got it on your fingers, did it not burn?? I got some on me trying to spread it evenly, and the combination was hot. I had to quickly get it off. I don’t remember if a couple of fingers got stuck together. I remember wanting it off and off quickly! LOL!
Just the video I was looking for! I have the exact same problem. Did the super glue and baking soda last? I was thinking that maybe I should use an epoxy instead. Please let me know. Thanks for the video!
