THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST MOST MOST EXCITING VIDS I HAVE SEEN! regarding Ataxia ..........Tons of interesting info, backed by science and research! I was totally MIND BLOWN by the content. wished the vid could be longer though! Even the Q&A session answered quite a few OF MY OWN burning questions.
IF you are an Ataxian, YOU MUST MUST MUST WATCH THIS!
baby steps at a time, we are more capable then we tot!

Great presentation with a lot of pertinent info to read/ work on. That said, I managed to do 2x 2.5 hour rides on my cyclocross bike last weekend, and, mixing road with light off road terrain. It was a definite challenge to my balance ( particularly the light off road sections). That said, it was immensely enjoyable and kicked my rear end, even after just recently finishing an O/P PT program with many of the exercise challenges, you spoke about. Other than that, can you suggest any strategies for recovery, as I have noticed rest/ sleep becoming more and more problematic, both with and without exercise, whilst, affecting my ability to work from home? I should also mention that I have been riding for many years and kept myself in reasonably good shape between racing and using my indoor rowing machine, prior to being diagnosed with cerebeller ataxia at 59 years old.
