i just watched your vlog tonight cause i had a lower back pain from lifting in the gym today.i had it before but gone and today i felt it again.i learned and actually did the stretching and strengthening and my pain lessen when i moved it really works.starting today i will do it regularly.Your vlog helps many people with lower back pains.thanx its very helpful clear precise

Thanks for all the great information. I was diagnosed with Congenital Spinal Stenosis 10 yrs ago since then I decided to educate myself with all back information.
Thanks God no pain. I am on stage 3, exercises, strength & movement is the key for me.
Would you please on your next videos share type of exercises for back endurance and back longevity.

Oh I see what you mean. Most of the people I refer for private scans are based in London so I use a company called Vista Diagnostics.. I can't refer people for NHS scans but I often write letters to my patients GP suggesting MRIs. Some private centres don't require referrals and you can sometimes book yourself in without a referral. Are you looking to get an MRI?
