im gonna get hate in the replies for saying this but, in buster's situation everything was wrong except the clothes on the vlive. Every teenage girl dresses like that nowadays.
That's why sometimes, I kinda salute YG Entertainment. Minzy debuted at 15,but they never sexualized her. They never let her wear sexy clothes during debut even other members. BLACKPINK members debuted with 19 being the youngest. Yet, YG still never let them wear sexy clothes during rookie days. If you will notice, during rookie days, they are mostly wearing long sleeves or shirts, and they never wear sexy tops. They only wear sexy clothes during DDU-DU DDU-DU era, exact time that their rookie era is already done.
As an American the overly sexual explicit content of our culture makes me sick and ashamed. I don’t think ppl should be sheltered or feel stifled but there is a line for privacy and propriety we frequently cross. I started listening to kpop because it felt like a step back at least a little but it seems fewer and fewer companies value privacy and modesty of their idols. I hope these girls can maintain their dignity or at least make the decision themselves and not have it pressed upon them at such a young age.
I feel like Miyeon's drama is fine with me though. She is a grown woman after all and plus teenagers like me needs to learn about teenage sexuality more. Speaking of, I found a drama(?) it was from Asian Crush or something and the worse one here is the person acting is a kid 😭😭😭
For JYPs case i just feel like they don't have the comperhensive team to manage their artists. I mean like they keep signing new artists because at that time they THOUGHT they were a hit, but then just wished the artists will keep being a hit all by themselves. Like come on, we all know how competitive kpop industry is. And one of the biggest factor of a kpop artist's success is the team behind them, and the company as well. So when i say they aren't comperhensive, i mean they play favorites with their bigger groups like twice and stray kids, and even abandon the older groups just like that. And to me, that is not a good agency. Like why do you even sign those artists in the first place then? Why not just focus on your existing groups or your trainees? Smh

What the UA-cam you're scaring me bruh
Miyeon is a grownass woman. SHE CAN DO WHAT SHE WANTS
Where can I watch the drama(adult trainee)?
Wait abt Jae did he actually leave jyp entertainment cause everyone is saying he did but I still don’t know
As an actor the idea that someone is “crossing the line” but doing what they are being paid to do which is act out a fucking dramatized scene according to how real life is is absolutely infuriating. I wish somebody WOULD tell me I’m fucking crossing a line by kissing somebody on screen???? Are you insane? Like who are you to tell me I have boundaries in a project EYE took on??? Who are you to tell me what I can express as an artist?? Like that makes me want to fucking scream.
They make it seem like Korean highschoolers are innocent though......I litterally seen an 16 and pregnant Korean girl on a Korean yt channel i- I'm glad the drama is a thing because they need to start being open and teaching highschoolers about s*x Ed miyeon did the right thing
im gonna get hate in the replies for saying this but, in buster's situation everything was wrong except the clothes on the vlive. Every teenage girl dresses like that nowadays.
And that's why I'm gonna audition to Hybe
Along with hybe ....pnation is also the best company for audition
Why do people talk about these companies as if we really know how they run or what's going on?
No surprise in jype they're never promote their idols well.
I just love the way Jamie called out Jyp lol
miyeon’s drama is nothing new , there’s dramas like that all over the world
Just like said if anything bad issue or scandal they put the gidle in their thumbnail. I think this channel hate gidle.
Miyeons drama was good! And i dont think shes underage and i think she can choose dramas to act.
High school isn't like this... Lol
i'm pretty sure Miyeon is an adult, what's the problem with her participating on that drama?
I'm sorry, its JTG ENT not JTBC ENT
As an American the overly sexual explicit content of our culture makes me sick and ashamed. I don’t think ppl should be sheltered or feel stifled but there is a line for privacy and propriety we frequently cross. I started listening to kpop because it felt like a step back at least a little but it seems fewer and fewer companies value privacy and modesty of their idols. I hope these girls can maintain their dignity or at least make the decision themselves and not have it pressed upon them at such a young age.
Jyp really like you avoid his other artists under his company huh 🙄🤦
bro miyeon’s drama is what we need rn!!! why want another boring school drama romance?!?! anyways, miyeon perfect asf n the drama gonna be good asf😎😎🙏
ok but hold on, isn't it normalized in Korea for even 16 years old to get those plastic procedures?
In Korea it’s seen as bad to get plastic surgery even though it’s common.
Smh
She was my ult lol my username is her birthday. But srsly I haven’t even watched one of her dramas cause I’m scared of getting jealous and mad
