Nice build, curios to know since I have a 14 CLA 45 and have pretty much full bolt ons ( AMS intercooler, AMS intake, Armytrix downpipe and sport exhaust and a Kleemann tune) how much power can these engines take since I’m wanting to do a turbo upgrade and fuel upgrade next but I don’t want things to disintegrate lol haven’t found any info on the capabilities and power handling of these little engines.
Good project. I.L build wagon w124 diesel 2.5d turbo . This model e190 good last time . Remmember set indual homemade steering pumps. The greater the load of the steering pumps 150 Bar. Each law increases x2 more pressure to the steering pump. Will push out the seals hydraulic washers. Indual larger steering pumps should be made. You can bet from Mercedes-Benz trucks. they are resistant to heavy loads. Places where the rules are strict when driving drift or rally and solo. Power steering pumps a weak point in Mercedes-Benz. Put this induali steering pumps. It will be very good.👍😎
Probably one of my favorite builds of all time. It really inspires me, having a 190E myself, and hopefully, one day, do something as good as this with mine.

They don't use power steering in this build.
why you take a body with heavy sunroof? as heatshield just take from bmw m4 dtm 😉😉
