I am an Old crafter. I didn't think I would get much out of this video. Was I wrong!! So many ideas that have helped me solve problems I've tried to work out for years. Thanks so munch.
I recently had the Mercury Glass Acetate get stuck in a punch. I tried the "dropping" technique but it was still stuck. I called Demo Support and the suggestion there was magical! Put the stuck punch in the freezer for about 2 hours. The cold will contract the metal and it will free itself. Indeed, it did!

I also have used the sticky part of a post it note to add a handle to a smaller piece of card stock to punch it out.

Great tips, thank you for sharing. I have the pansy punch and got so frustrated with having to try and line up punch to stamp. Feel that the sticky back should come attached to stamp and marked to align with punch ready to use, I feel that Sttampin' Up products are expensive - agree that they are good quality though. Thanks again
