- Is it necessary to break in a Porsche engine?
Thanks for watching my videos! Please subscribe and share - it helps me making more content and making it better! I'm so sorry for shakiness, wind noise etc. - this is my second video and i promise to improve!
The car is Porsche 911 992 GT3 in standard black with carbon ceramics, carbon roof, carbon on the inside, carbon bucket seats, full leather; including steering wheel and gear leaver. Nose lift, leather package etc. See more in the video!
I wanna give a huge thanks to Porsche Center Son for helping me out getting this car. Porsche Center Son's webpage: dealer.porsche... - ask for Martin - say hello from me ;)
Peace! Remember to like and subscribe! Share it with your friends :D :D
Wow what a beautiful vehicle. Every year porche makes me more and more of a fan. Not that I’ll be buying one of these exuberant vehicles anytime soon, but I don’t begrudge anyone who can afford to do so. Enjoy and be safe.
Nice car mate love the yellow and black, legit my dream car
4,000 would probably be a standard Porsche. 7,000 sounds about right.
Porsche needs to sell me one, between their experience track in SoCal and my house is about 1,000 miles the perfect break in. Desert love
This car looks and sounds real sporty. Better than my mom's mini-van.
😂
You cannot answer whether the breakin in is necessary or not without opening up and checking out the diff oil / oil.
Can't imagine what is like being a petrolhead in Norway, the tax on your car must be out of this world
Yeah, at this point I have spent all my hard earned money on this car, haha. Its criminal how high taxes we have!!
Hang in there mate you only live once, enjoy your new purchase!
@@Ringenhof Could be worse, could be Ireland. The GT3 comes in around 230k-240k euros in Ireland which is close, if not the same as the Norwegian pricing.
Though the average salary in Ireland in is about 35-38k euros VS 60k+ in Norway. All about purchasing power I guess.
Amazing car :)
Agreed the yellow on the black is brilliant
You can always customize you slede 😉
You should try singapore.
This car here goes for $750k sgd base model without options. Which is about $470k euros.
Not including insurance, a $4000 a year road tax and $59000 certificate of entitlement.
And if thats not the worse part, the car is only valid of 10years after which it could be renewed at another exorbitant price, or scrapped at the junkyard and getting back a small percentage of the value.
Love it! 😍 Especially how you pulled of the focus on the dash 🙌 Looking so much forward to our upcoming road trip and seeing you again 🖤🤍✨
Thanks! My man 🙌🏼
Love your car, the color, the options, love your house… you’re Da man!! Congrats!!
Ps: all the people that don’t love this video are stupid!

Awesome video and congrats on the new car. Really enjoy the content, keep it up! Immediately subscribed! 😍
Thank you so much!! :D
I just discovered your channel, I do not know who you are to already have one, because in Spain you cannot order one, due to the chip shortage and all that stuff.
Congratulations for the car, and we hope to see the GT3 in a proper action...........
is it true? because in my country Taiwan which is Asia, the salesman told us from now its total 6 month wait. 992 GT3 not the touring
I love these type of videos!!❤️
Cool whip
Looks awesome, man. (And your English is great, by the way)
Thanks! It's a little hard to speak fast in English, but I try my best 👌🏼
Congratulations on the GT3, you seem cool 👌🏽 all the way from South Africa 🇿🇦
Thank you so much! Cool! Greetings from Norway 🙌🏼😉
it's on the GT3 user manual , 935 miles under 7000rpm
Loved the video mate. Awesome car and apartment.
Thanks!! 🙌🏼
Apology accepted. What a lovely car
Are you planning to do some aftermarket stuff? Exhaust/parts/... ?
I am considering installing another exhaust system. I'll wait and see how the car sounds after the break in period before I decide :D
@@Ringenhof JCR and SUPERSPRINT already have some nice upgrades😉
You should get full PPF on it and ceramic coating
Yes! Im making a video of the PPF next week 👌🏼
Never … I don’t understand this generations need to try to keep everything under a plastic wrap…. Phones, cars, some even their furniture!
Things are made to use! Ffs
Never wrap anything! Only exception - your middle leg ;)
Nice content bro keep it up!
Thanks bro! 🙌🏼
Helt sinnsykt, gratulerer!
Det var meg du møtte i garasjen på Ullevål, forresten!
Kult! Tusen takk! :D :D
This guy is just way too cool and chilled with a GT3. A person with this kind of car should have much more passion in the vedios, don't u think ?
Yup I agree , this dude should belong in a Kia .
where are you from? I'm from South Korea, and I found your video while waiting for the same vehicle. I'll see you
Hi! I'm from Oslo, Norway. What color did you choose? :D
@@Ringenhof In South Korea, the first order starts in October. I'm thinking of ordering python green or lava orange UA-cam is a great way to make friends internationally. I really want to travel around in the world again when the Covid 19 is gone.
@@hwan-v8 Both are really cool colors! Yeah, let me know if you end up in Norway ;)
@@Ringenhof If I go to Norway, I will definitely let you know
Great car, congrats!!!
Knocked it out the park with this one bro! 🙌😍
Thank you so much! 🖤🙌
what do u do for living ?
How comfortable are the bucket seats on long journeys?1
The seats are really comfy! 8 hours drive no problem!
@@Ringenhof thx
The Matt ppf will look great with your spec with carbon roof and yellow calipers
Just improve with camera angles your camera feels wobbly great content
Power car! 👌🔥
I agree alcantara no no
Don’t know what I like better, the GT3 or your apartment 🤔😅. Will you drive that all seasons? Congratulations.
Thank you so much! I designed all of the apartment my self! 👌🏼
what does he do for a living?
Does the rear wing reduce visibility?
Yes, it blocks the senter of the rear view in the mirror 😅
@@Ringenhof thx
gaggenau coffee machine
Correct. You know your coffee machines 😉
How come there is no cup holder in the centre?
Haha, it's in the glove compartment. With Porsche, you have to choose between storage or cup holder in that area.
@@Ringenhof Gotcha, so it's different in Europe vs North America. Thank you and keep making more videos on your ride. You are very fortunate to get a GT3 so early. There is a long delay for North America. Amazing build by the way. Really like the sport design clear taillights!
I seriously doubt that a brand new GT3 needs to have an engine break in period
I talk about this at 7:15 in the video. You get a message about it below 1500 km in the dash.
all these engines are well broken in in the factory especially the GT engines, I feel bad for people who baby the first 1000 miles without enjoying it.
I don't think Porsche does that for low volume cars, but could be wrong. According to the manual it needs at least 3000 km's of running in.
@@twan2656 any car manufactures always exaggerate the break in period, in reality these engines are way more than good to go. If I pay my own money for cars like these, I would ring it up to 9k rpm once I pass 100 miles, the proper way to break it in.
@@Larkc-ty5sz yup ... seat the rings then let her rip!
What’s your job?
It's a thing to rewatch this video every now and then.
Norway plates... good god that must be expensive :(
Yes 🥵🥵
Hey mr I come in help u realize videos that are exactly what you want
Why is so many people drink espresso and film it before they get into their 911...?
That’s when you know you’re old. Younguns drink a Monster before the late night streetraces
@@nickdubya9924 Hey, i'm not old! I actually drink a lot of energy drinks. (Monster, please sponsor me! :D)
nice sausage party!!....lol
hey! please stabilize this image... it's horrible, you can get it on the camera itself, or in the edit... try this... it's a good car, I want to test it one day, maybe on manual, the backets offer good support, but maybe arent the best option for longer trips...
Thanks for the feedback! I will try to fix this in future videoes :)
@@Ringenhof it's a good car, don't push over 7000 in the first 1500km. always let the engine warm up a little before running. I'm a customer of porsche. I'm going to test.
Breccia, breccione e pera cotta.
What a car your soo lucky
Thx man! It really is a great car! 🙏🏼
