I got mine, but they were shipped out with the wrong screws. Servo horn is un mountable. And seems like it didn’t have enough thread even with a much shorter screw of the same gauge and pitch I had. May return and get an NSDRC. Threads for the upper link don’t seem to hold very well either.
@edgargonz12 wow. You are the first I have heard having problems. Hope they get you taken care of instead of switching servos see if they will send you a new one.
@@hyperc5249 Yeah I was bummed you know you get something new and you are ready to run it, cue sad music, nope. I have been in communication with them but they never gave me the option to have a new one sent out. Thats why I may order another NSDRC servo and return this buggah, I gave them until next week to have a solution since it is the 4th of July Holiday so to speak. Thanks for responding! Keep the videos coming.!
It only fits on a stock axle. For me this defeats the point. I needed a heavy duty steering servo for my heavier metal aftermarket axles and tires. I liked the idea of the "mountless" setup because all the other servos have those mounting tabs that are notorious for binding up on the chassis.
Yeah, the mountless setup geometry is done very well on these. Actually, they do fit other axles. I just did the video on the new MEUS Nylon ISO axles. The MLS-1022 fits perfectly on those. I prefer plastic axles over aluminum on my comp rigs. IMO, plastic slides better. Here is a link to the video. ua-cam.com/video/P2LcHUWNy_c/v-deo.html
I’m grabbing a couple of these servos today. They are super impressive!
Heck yeah man! Loving this servo!
Right! This thing is a beast. Plus, all that clearance. Honestly, I can't see myself going back to a mounted servo.
This thing is going to be EPIC! We can't wait!
Yep!
These things are so good. I seriously picked up 4 of these at Axialfest!
Dang we need to get you some CrawlerTrax!
Yes that would be awesome.
Heck yeah!

😮 mins blowing !!
Will this servo work on Red Ascent 18?
Not this one with the mount. We do have other servos coming soon.

@@hyperc5249 For reference I am running the MEUS Racing Isokinetic 3-Section axles on my SCX24 Gladiator. the TORQ MLS-1022 wouldn't fit.
I know i have a video on the Aluminum MEUS ISO axles. It does fit the new MEUS ISO Nylon axles.
