Not sure if this falls under a movement guide but: When you heal/armor up, repeatedly spam your crouch button while moving... Doesn't interrupt you and doubles your walk speed. Very useful when you are being chased and you need to pop an emergency heal... get a bit of distance, start the heal, and start spamming crouch to get around objects a bit quicker, to break line of sight and not get grappled as an example. You're popping a heal, but the wall is closing in right behind you? Use the crouch spam to get more distance. And so on :) It's a free movement trick that's saved me countless times, and it's really easy to do :)
