Something i never really see anyone talk about, but i do is set the sheathe weapon to a keybind, for me it's Alt key. You told me about mix-up's before, so i went more literal with it for someone like Yoto Hime. you can do a charge unarmed attack after your 2 hit ground combo to disguise it as a armed focus attack, landing this focus attack is around 300 damage, can also be useful if people in 1v3 ( you being the 3) are trying to bait counters. Sure you might get mopped, but more often i get parried when i try to focus anyways in a 2v1 or 3v1, at least with yoto's F2 or F3 ( F2 is my fav) you can actually combo or break out of a combo while doing more damage and keeping yourself grounded to do a followup unarmed focus attack as a tech chase, this combo does about 295 for the first kick, 195 for the slash unarmed, then a potential followup for up to 800 ish damage. this could matter in some situations.
Just a thought, I’ve noticed it’s a lot easier to perform certain combos with auto-target enabled. So try that next time, see if the uppercut combo is easier to perform.

Maybe at some point on how to fight or defend yourself without a weapon and when to use it. Maybe some characters are more viable. Or a video on character weapons synergies or character comps and why they work in certain situations. Alot of people are yoto spamming so might be good to teach people who might be one tricking without branching out 3 characters in trios in gold.

Don’t try to jump and cut the broadsword or you will get in passivity.he is able to not use blue cut but you can’t miss and have to make choose between red or white,like stone and scissors,you only have scissors and cloth.
Is there some sort of skill based matchmaking in this game? I'm only 3 hours in game time, but I've dominated every BR match, and won a lot of my deathmatches. Everyone I fight just seems a way lower skill level then me? I've only run into a handful of decent players somehow...Is the influx of new players messing with the skill based matchmaking or something?
It's based on rank, and applies in ranked mode. To my knowledge, quickplay and bloodbath don't apply it or at least not very heavily. And yes there are new players so on average you'll be getting less skilled players for now
When you hit silver rank, you’ll see the difference. Your skills will definitely be tested. Whatever rank you get stuck in is the rank your skill are at best
@@LesPronto agreed silver but gold is when you’ll see mass differing in skill, movement is insane, people know how to combo and air juggle, feints, parrying.

It’s different for sure. They patched some of the movement to compensate for console players. Also, the whole infinite grapple hook juggle is patched as well
You can walk while healing, and then as the others said. Spam crouch. Its not a real dodge, but it does crouch under some attacks. Its a great habit to get into.

Theres like no VPN scammers. You get no benfiet from being laggy. South America has no server so they play on NA.
