You will have 6 of each type of glyph and each one costs 1500 tae to rank to level 5. That is 9000 tae per glyph type. There are a total of 24 glyph slots (6 slots of each of the 4 colors) and so filling them all (once you've unlocked them all) with level 5 glyphs will cost a minimum of 36000 tae. There may be additional costs if the glyphs you want to use aren't among the starter glyphs then it will cost an additional 2000 tae to unlock a glyph type that is not initially available. The total cost to unlock and level all glyphs to level 5 is 204,000 tae. 5 types of glyphs of each of 4 colors, 3 types of each color are initially locked. 24,000 to unlock all locked glyphs, 45,000 to level up each of the glyph types of each of the 4 colors. (45,000 x 4 = 180,000) + 24,000 = 204,000 tae.
I think something you're missing is the importance of half-jumping during combos sometimes to change move set and guarantee hits, and also how to actually half jump. When you were doing the slidehopping you probably should've explained how to actually do it faster. You need to half jump out of the slide (tap your spacebar quickly) and slide as soon as you hit the ground then jump cancel your slide before it slows down and do it again. If you full jump you end up just going the same speed as running, because it takes too long to get back into the quicker slide animation.
What do you mean half jumping during combos to change moveset? XD Also the basic principle of slide jumping is there, someone who starts to use it will inherently start doing it faster over time, telling someone how to do it as fast as they can is somewhat redundant, but i get why you mentioned that. Still confused about the first part though haha
I've been playing hard since the f2p release (already lvl66 lol) so I figured out most of the things in your video by myself or thanks to streamers or other youtube videos. But omg thank you for the parry/quick parry tip! Couldnt understand why I wasnt able to do the run parry/blue parry since I only use the quick parry... Hope they'll fix this so I can deactivate the normal parry (didnt knew this option existed tho), still make me do unintentional parries sometimes, kinda annoying
Great beginner video. It's helped me focus on some goals straight away. Thanks. Also to add to the conversation. I play a lot of fighting games, and that community generally agrees to have anti aliasing off. It really helps with performance issues. Not sure hit affects this game, just thought I'd add
@Dunking Donuts - I just finished your Video & Dude it was a Good one I had already picked up on about 80% of the stuff you went over. But the Adjustment to the Settings and Keybinds...NICE!!! and the extra time about the Parrying. Also Subbed & Followed on here and on Twitch as well.
This is so in depth. Thank you my guy. My first day on this game was yesterday and after watching this i'm picking up the game so easy now. The learning curb of this game seems overwhelming but after this, it's just clockwork. For real, thank you my guy.
From my experience now , i never use the game money until i know what all things i can buy with this money When i unlocked talents i directly used it for that 😂
Very weird compliment but I want to say you give me some Johnny Depp vibes: your facial movements are very nonchalant, your speech is slow not in a bad way but slow enough to make sure your words get across to the audience, and the eye contact you make is just reminiscent of the actor. Idk maybe I'm just crazy I like your video though very informative
Some parts were prolonged for more detail but didn't need to be. Example the settings tips only needed to say run everything on low for performance and leave target select on. Like it only has to be here's what you recommend and one reason why you recommend it and then move to next tip. This game already has a lot for a new player and cutting a 40 min would go a long way I think. I'm still new to naraka and your video popped up in my recommended when I looked for tips but I hesitated to watch it because of the length. The only reason I watched this is because I watched your stream for drops.
This is a common misconception, you can in fact use those things for movement (not have it auto aim to an enemy close by) if you simply press and hold "W" when doing the attack, and turning your camera in the direction you want to go. Legitimately every single player, mid level, high, pro, you name it, uses melee aim assist. It's nothing to do with, "oh you use aim assist, you're a noob" or something; It's a fundamental aspect of the game that needs to be used, unless you are looking to severely handicap yourself.
Btw you can Sheath your weapon on controller but not as quick you probably found out by now but you hold weapon swap then press Triangle or whatever the Xbox versions of those are
Just got this on ps5 and loving the game! I like the movement and the counters. I played dragon nest pvp and this is similar. Is there crossplay to ps5 and pc i wonder ?
i hate when i'm trying to combo (ok that's a lie, i'm usually just trying to spam lol) but the game registers it as i'm clicking both attack buttons and turns it into a parry instead :(
this kinda thing just takes a lil time, its the same in naraka as it is in fighting games, you eventually will learn to be more precise and mash less haha something everyone struggles with to begin with
Glyphs still a thing? I'm suprised a game like League of Legends flat out remove glyphs because they're bad... and games like this don't take the hint lol interesting I liked them though cool to see them here.
On the hero tab, in the upper right corner of where the skills/ultimates of the hero are shown, there’s a diamond shaped icon with a person on it. That’s the button to take you to the cultivation screen for that hero. There you’ll see three goals you need to complete to reach the next cultivation stage. Once you complete them, go back to that screen to turn them in and unlock the next stage. Eminent being is an earlier stage and you should be able to get there pretty quickly! Hope that helps :)
Great video. Bummer how much the currency changed though. Doesn't really apply at all anymore. It's super conveluted now just like genshin. It's a very tried and true tactic to confuse the consumer of the real world dollar value of things so they spend without thinking about it as much.
@@Brathize must have been some kind of misunderstanding then, i talk about being able to prevent yourself from being staggered by lights in this, perhaps that what i thought you meant

Using the segment feature would also be helpful for people to know what info is in the video and when it is said.
So useful I didn't even realize the time passed haha.
As a new player, thanks a bunch :D

Made it simple as it can be. I was having trouble understanding other tuorials and this one sorted it out all. Thank You.

I need some timestamps, I see myself coming back to this before I get decent at the game

Agreed. Still enjoying the video though. But not very concise
The long videos are always the best
Fun game it's addictive...like a martial arts fornite I love it
Great video very useful! After 16:20 bro is stoned af
Haha the reason that is, is coz i record the second half of the video after having just woken up XD
BANGER VID
thanks bro.. i was new at this game and searching any Tips for this game..
You could also make Yt Shorts or Tiktoks out of some of those tips or gameplay clips. I think that could do well
yeh i been wanting to do some stuff like this for a while, just so hard to find the time to edit etc, need an editor asap
Dunkin vid POG .

Useful video. Really enjoyed it. But off topic, that outro song sounds wonderful. What is the name of it?
I strongly disagree with enabling auto aim on attacks.
It prevents you from using focus strikes on staff/heng/etc to disengage the enemy.
This is a common misconception, you can in fact use those things for movement (not have it auto aim to an enemy close by) if you simply press and hold "W" when doing the attack, and turning your camera in the direction you want to go.

Hunter's arena was just like this game. Luckily, I played that first because these games take some time to get the hang of.
The graphics thing is just if you have a bad pc right? i can play at over 130 fps with everything in max
Still better to have higher fps if possible
I didnt know tae was used for glyphs ;-;
Watched the whole video and the only question I have is how do you change your background lmao
You cant haha, changes with the seasons

there is

not me having high settings on everything and capped framerate at 60 just cuz I never fucking thought to check it o.o thanks! cx

whichever one you are used to using, best to play on something that youre already comfortable with 👍

interesting :)

I mean the only thing that really changed was the addition of hero coins, which tbh i think was a good idea
lol gold is the only thing with a dollar value. how is that convoluted 😂

never said anything about counter attack not being able to stop light (gray) attacks
