Hmmm...maybe fill the hole with bondo, sand off as much of the rust as possible and paint the whole area with Rustoleum spray paint. Make sure to extend the paint beyond the sanded area. It may take a couple of coats, but one can should do it.
Sand down until you get to bare metal, then treat the are with rust inhibitor. Then, bondo it to smooth flat surface. Wait for 24 hours to wet sand to a real smooth surface. Let it dry and tape off a square around the area and paint some prime paint over it. This is the only way to stop the rust cancer from spreading out.

My refrigerator kicks out when the voltage gets less than twelve once you get some juice in it, reset it and it should work.
