- Some guitars have stories. Some stories are more dramatic than others. Like this C Bruno Parlor that spent 100 years living in the wall of a building in Florida. After having a headstock injury and being horribly repaired. To sit in a guitar shop for 4 years untouched. TO FINALLY BE RESTORED AND PLAYED LIKE THE DAY SHE WAS MADE 170 years ago!

That's a gem find, I say. It can only finds it's way to a person that has passion. It was meant to be. So many people would of passed on all the work that needed to be done. That guitar has all the mojo. Time, effort and four years, she's a beauty. You can never sell her.
There is something special about a guitar that's become a time capsul like that one. Just wild
Hell yeah bro!! THIS IS EXACTLY the mantra of a Defender of the Faith!! Restore rebuild revive that guitar to its glory! Well done! 😵💗🔥🎶🎵🤘🏼

Hell yeah
Thanks for the info. I too had a C. Bruno, New York restored about twenty years ago. My luthier said it was 19th Century but I was thinking towards the 1890’s. Anyhow on mine the front of the headstock has an imprint with an image that looks like a sheaf of wheat and the words Trade Mark below it. Mine also a serial number stamped along the top edge of the headstock. It is light as a feather and has a pretty nice voice.
That's awesome! Mine also had an emblem on the headstock but it's covered now because the headstock was broken and held together with plaster of Paris so my luthier had to put a piece of mahogany over it to help strengthen it from breaking so now its covered forever.
Freaking amazing guitar. Awesome vid, thanks for this

which guitar in your collection do you love the most? yes
Its entirely too hard to choose, I have favorites probably for like 30 different subcategories!!!!
@@TheNeuroticGuitarist Is this the oldest?
@@roberthammond8216 nope, I have a new demo coming out between my two oldest, a c. 1850 Martin 3-17 and an 1845 Aubry Marie.
So, obvious question, why the F was it shut up in a wall for 100 years? Is it like some kind of Golem guitar or inhabited by demons or something? You mention like a million times that it was in a wall, but with no explanation as to where, why, how it was discovered, ANYTHING... Are we just supposed to believe this wild story? Otherwise, I'm really happy to see it finally got repaired, and that it actually sounds quite good. Congrat's that it worked out, I wonder both why you'd sell it, and how much it will go for?
I was told in the original ad that when an old building was being refurbished in Florida it was found in the wall. That's literally the only info I received on it. Would love to know the real deal, but it's a cool story nonetheless. Subscribe to join the madness 🙌
Mine has a serial # in the low 3000s and emblem stamped
That's sick!
