I figure that out a while ago as well it’s such a cool method but in some situations you still have to take the panel for example there’s a long glass shrapnel

@@jsautoglass6029 it’s Lami, what do you mean by long glass Schrapnel ? if it was tempered, then the panel has to come off.

​@@bobvenuto2942 laminated glass can still turn into tiny pieces when broken to a point For example: Guys son got mad at his father and threw a stone thru the laminated glass causing what I call glass shrapnel to go everywhere and inside the door panel it went inside some of the openings so for peace of mind of my customer i took of the panel and vacuumed it out. PLUS some of the glass in the rubber fell in when i took it off. It was a huge rock lol

Or you could just take the switch panel off and connect it back up so you can access the window without the door oanel being in the way.

Wasting time taking door panel off. This job can be done without any tools besides a plastic guard like you would use to protect the dash from fiber line. 10 minute job tops

Yes and no still good to show how to take off panel just incase you dont have that protecter.
