Love this model and have two GRs of them (Shifted Red and Multicolor). I also recently copped on Clearance the Adidas Torsion Edbergs and they give me a huge 550 vibe without spending much (yellowed soles included)!

What a flex! 6 pair of 550🤑. I’m super happy to own one pair: the grey ALD’s. The best of the bunch imo. I did buy them in a size 10, quite snug but after breaking in it feels way better luckily! Keep it going my guy! Great video as always. Peace ✌🏽

This model has grown on me over time, the only colorway I really wanted was the Rich Paul collab. But that one was super hard to get. Great collection 🙌🏽

Does a regular GR 550 have good leather or is it just collabs? 🤣 I have to tape all of my shoe boxes too, its because we have them stacked on top of each other.
My ALD ones have better leather, but some GR the leather is a bit cheaper than others. But bro, those boxes literally came like that 🤣

So I’m a tts 11M … I bought 3 550’s in 10.5… all alds… sprite fit tight but broke in really well after a couple of wears… the ald grey and the ald navy fit super tight around the toe box… I haven’t worn them yet because I have 650’a(navy and blue 😂) coming tts 11. Also just purchased the gr “Chicago” in A tts 11…
Yeah the fit on 550s is weird. Safest bet is TTS. I went TTS on the 650s hopefully that should work and with the high top the heel slippage should go away.
These over Dunk Lows anytime. I got 4 pairs plus the 650s coming in a few months!

My true size is 13.5 on the wide side. I went down a half and boy, as much as I tried to make it work. I couldnt. The toe box was toooooooo tight. So, ALD are out, but iM eyein the green and white pair in a 14

What would you suggest for someone who just can’t decide what new balance he should start with?
You can grab a 550 but you won’t experience great comfort and quality. Not to bash the 550, it’s just that it’s not the most comfortable NB. Go with a 990 v2, V3, V4, or v5. 991 or 992. This would be a great start.

I have Air Force ones in size 26.5 cm which is nine US. I’m doubting if I should buy 9 1/2 US which is 27 cm or 9 US which is 26.5 cm. Anybody got some advice?
I would stick with the AF1 size.

They do have heel slippage, but even if you go with a .5 size down it still might be the same thing.
