nooooo WAY. dude im from the same town in germany (Heidelberg, Bridge Park is the name of the park where Ricky was wondering) and he used to be a skate friend even though I am 10 years older. I know all the spots in the video. He allways DID progress fast and he was such a nice guy too. I cant believe such a big youtuber as u is commenting on his video :D :)))))) best day ever! Anton you are amazing, much love from Cedric
Love these videos. I've been skating and vlogging for a month now, but it feels like slow progress as I have to fit work and being a Dad around it all too! Funny how people take different routes, I have been prioritising dropping in and transition over flip tricks (but I can't do either very well yet) 😆 keep 'em coming
Im bringing my skateboard to work and practice in the lockerroom, apart from that I have dedicated two nights / week in the local indoor park due to cold and wet weather.. How often do you get a full session?
@@mrWhite81 a full session (2 hours) a week at an indoor park and then weather permitting 30 mins here or there in between. My son is getting into it now so that has made things easier. I'm starting to make some good progress recently thanks to tips from people who comment on my videos. It helps to have an audience to progress for but also hear from others in similar situations. Keep pushing man! Sounds like you are dedicated
I started skating literally yesterday at 29. Finally asked myself why haven't I just gone out and done it. I actually got up early on my day off (not normal) to hit up the local park. Landed my first Ollie today with help from the 50 year old that was rippin. Ate shit plenty of times trying to go down a few transitions. I'm in alot of pain, sore as fuck, my body's asking me what the fuck am I thinking. But I haven't felt this good in a while.
Nice to hear that bro! Just keep pushing and having fun! And about pain you will get used to it 😂😂 iam 29 too and I skate almost everyday for past 6 years and its been amazing journey!
To progress at the same speed I only 3 more weeks to get my kickflips consistent and to learn tre flips.. Not impossible, but sure will require a ton of practice... might have to quit my job, give away my kids and leave my wife .100% Focus on my board .. commitment.
Doesn't mean anything - if you face difficulties early, you'll learn how to overcome them and stay commited. Some ppl have prio experience, some have strength, agility when they start sk8ing- it all doesn't mean anything except one thing: COMMITMENT. Good luck! PS. Learning to ollie on 3rd or 4th month
hey ricky can u teach me trick at malysia pls i will be at one u tama is a shopping mall u find the skate park there andim sub i will be there every saturday night
They looked like they was picking it up quickly, hopefully they keep at it as they got potential

@esoooanguleroo881 honestly the sore muscles are bothering me more than body parts that made contact with the pavement.

How come in all these vids by week 2 they have several pairs of vans and the most expensive wheels and decks?
