I really hope with the new island there’s better areas and routes for off road racing for the rally and rally raid vehicles. Because the main island just doesn’t have great off road trails/roads for those cars outside of of the volcano section
I agree. It’s nice for a bit but we eventually just get interlocked with road for most off road races, which is disappointing with how beautiful the environment is. Driving through it is never boring.
Heck, the street racing got really repetitive too. Just the same highways get very boring. In TC2 we got variety thanks to that giant map.
Yeah, it would be nice if the new island does more more off-road sections.
Man 3 games are pretty much going to have a new cops and robbers update in the span of 6 months. GTA V will have its bounty hunter update on Jun 25th, NFS will have its Hot Pursuit inspired update (which I assume will be cops vs racers in PVP) in July or August, and the Crew Motorfest will have it’s police update in November. It’s gonna be a fun 6 months.

This is my favorite racing game. The variety of things you can do, ranging from Motocross to Drift races, and the massive maps, and the developers are AMAZING! they seem to listen to player criticism and desires, adding a new island seems like just the beginning to the map expansions! Not just tiny little expansions but legit doubling the map size. On top of that they’re adding cop chases? Amazing.

I feel the second island should have been in from day 1 to set the expanding map alot better the size of the starting map definitely hurt the game from the start

I bought TCM back in December and since then there haven’t been that many updates that I’ve been like “WOW! This is AMAZING!” and that sucks.
We obviously all knew a new island was gonna come at some point so I’m really excited for this in November. I hope they got bigger plans and update more often with new playlists and game modes in Year 2. Can’t wait for this! 🔥

Wow so far this seems to be majorly exceeding my expectations Motorfest truly is the best next gen racing game. It’s already had the best physics but these updates will solidify it as number one.
Definitely not the best physics trippin but they are alright
The physics in motorfest are so bad it’s almost impossible to drift on motorfest compared to forza, the sense of speed is also horrendous on motorfest
@@Aquizzytiktok I agree drifting ain't that good but sense of speed is good wym it has a way better map than Forza that's fs ain't just open deserts of nothing. But Forza does have better physics, the crew is arcade racer tho
@@user-ei1hr4zv4h you clearly haven’t played forza then, the sense of speed in motorfest is horrific. 200mph on motorfest feels like 50mph in forza, there’s no wind or blur when speeding on motorfest

I think the "key" islands are meant to represent the islands in between O'ahu and Maui.
Edit: I see a small island northwest of Maui, that could be the seabird sanctuary.

The crew 1 has police. Ish chase stuff but it was done at the end of its run. Because 3 months later they released the crew 2
There's new cars in gt7 and you might like them. It's out right now in used cars and legendary cars

Yeah I would love if they add an offline mode to motorfest it annoys me you have to be online the whole time just to play it, it was great in test drive unlimited that you could just turn the game on and instantly go cruising around not having to worry about your internet connection randomly dropping

Pretty cool, I would love if they added an offline mode and maybe a jet ski and a jetpack for Arial exploration where you could land and takeoff anywhere 😉 so happy though to see they added another island it needed a larger area to drive around - one of my favourite things about the second crew game was the massive explorable USA map

New island was needed to put against TDU SC release, so that makes sense. The Chase Squad is not something the majority of Crew players was waiting on, I am sure. This is not NFS. Luckily they made it PVE mode (cruisers and competivies don't want to be bothered by ramming Police cars in freeroam, so they better keep it PVE) , but at the same time they call it Premium PVE content, so my guess : They gonna come up with some sort of new Motorpass seasonal structure, which you have to buy with Crew Credits (yup, just like in TC2). And just like in TC2, more than likley they'll start it off with The Chase, so yeah, you can just call it The Chase 2. It's unreal how fast they run out of ideas for things, if they have to keep coming up with repeats of previous game modes from their previous games.

When you strip away the art and creativity we'll end up with racing games that look the same. It doesn't need to be realistic
I think they try to prevent motorfest from dying when TDU drops, now some addons and next big update near FH6 to prevent game from completly dying for good, but I do not think it would work when one week of fun added after each huge update which takes for them couple of months...
I think Microsoft waits 6 months at least after black ops 6 to release FH6 so they can continuously have fresh content so maybe March 25. But definitely even this map/update isn't gonna keep people from moving over to TDU and other games especially with black ops on gamepass
