Big tip on replacing door panel, slide off the top seal, and put that on the door first with the 5 metal clips, then door panel will mount way easier

ummmm you're supposed to drill a hole for that 4th stud to reduce vibration and hold the extra weight... and it just screws out if you don't want it.
A+ for the positive attitude. I was interested to find out how fast you were. Then I saw the video and I was nervous for you, the entire way. You had me hooked on this. So the end question I have is, how many thing did you have to fix or get replaced? Did you break anything? Or did you zip tie . Hope all is well.

You could have just unscrewed that screw or drilled a small hole through the door you didn't have to drive it off just saying for the future reference

Why would cut the fourth bolt off when you can easily drill a hole have a more solid connection
I was going to say the same thing. My mirrors are coming with the 4th stud and I plan to drill the hole to give it more stability. I was mostly watching because my new mirrors will come with blinker and the old ones didn’t have it and this wasn’t the video to watch to get those to work lol.
Or you could easily cut the bolt off???

That mirror is at least three times heavier than the original mirror you're supposed to drill a hole for that fourth stud.

Can't install for shit...
You don't have to use a grinder on the extra bolt, it does unscrew out of the mirrors. Please go to a professional to get your stuff installed. Don't do like what this guy is doing. He even has wires going through the door jam....ever had a electrical issue? I don't think he is done either. The turn signals do not work, you have to pin out and add wires for the turn signals to work on the outside of the mirrors.
you should have never cut that stud off ! drill the hole that it needs , that mirror is much heavier than the original !
People like this should not own trucks or if they do take it to a professional.
You don’t have to remove the entire door panel to swap mirrors🤦🏽♂️
