We had a puppy golden and I bought a turf tray for use while she was small. She was great and peed and pooped on it but after the 2nd or 3rd time her paws were wet cause the urine wasn’t draining and I had to clean her paws. So we just took her outside and she did great.
That’s kind of my issue with my goldendoodle puppy she goes outside but with her hair she gets pee near her vulva and paws. She has a short haircut and I have been trimming that area but still the pee just trails down the sidewalk when she squats and will sometimes get on her back paws and privates.
Purchased mine while you were still figuring out the marketing. And since haven’t had a litter. But some day it will be used. Sent this video to my friends.

Yes, we are in the process of working on making one with narrow were runs, but in the meantime, if you want to get them ready to use it, you can put cookie cooling racks on top and it does work.
When I first got my doodle, I use just the potty pads on the floor. Would love to have had your tray then. When I get another puppy I'll definitely get your tray, more sanitary to have puppy pad enclosed in tray & stop anything from running off it if they get too close to the edge while learning to use them.
i love that y’all answer the comments i have so much respect for you, wanting to breed dobermans and dalmatians in a few years, been binge watching your chanel lol. wanna make sure i do it as responsibly and good as possible, ur very in depth ur a great teacher! and the potty trays are so reasonably priced, i’ll be ordering them someday !
Your awesome too! Thank you for asking questions! I love interacting with people. We are going to come out with a breeding educational tool. We have to get it edited! I’ll give more info when it comes out.
I used the Out! tray with our last litter and it worked pretty well until the puppies got big enough to shred the pads. It is flimsy, though. We also use one with a waffle grate, which works well but is hard to clean. A garden hose with full water pressure works best to clean it. Your trays look like they would be great!
First of all, thanks for doing this video. I have used the turf potty tray and the middle barrier is not to reduce the scent of the urine. It is to prevent the turf from sitting in the urine and becoming soaked. It is intended that an absorbent pad will also be used in conjunction to collect the urine. You are right, this system does hold odors! A pressure hose cleans the solids from the turf. You can soak the turf in white vinegar to eliminate the odor.
congratulations, you've got a smart, practical, easy to use design, maybe add some #puppy #dog #dogtraining #doglitter #puppylitter hashtags to your vlog header to get it noticed? 👏💫💛
Could pine pellets be used with your Little Wolves tray? Also, any thoughts towards a smaller ‘grill’? I have a 6 month old Chihuahua and if his whole paw wasn’t falling through, the individual bars would be irritating in between his paws. Just judging by your hand size and the distance between bars, he would definitely have issues%. It’s a really well thought out item. (Edit to add: I’m referring to indoor use with an adult dog during cold season)
Hello! You could use pine pellets. I have seen others use them. And we are int the process of making a topper, but until then I have been really pleased with adding a cookie cooling rack on top and zip tieing it. it makes the tray fucntional but the puppies paw wont go through. I hope that helps!
It’s method cleaner and no it does not kill parvo. We have to be super careful and one thing we do is have specific shoes for the garage nursery and then when puppy picking happens we take off shoes. Thanks for watching!!
@@DoodlesofNC ok thank you,me and my wife do golden retrievers and we literally are doing everything we can to prevent parvo, because we caught it last year but weve treated our yard and everything since

Hey! We won’t have them in that quickly! We sold out of our first order and the next order will be here around Feb. good luck on your puppy! Email me if you have questions!
What do you use for cleaning crates and areas in your home? I have a 16 year old maltipoo that has regressed to a puppy, she poops and pee in her kennel. We can take her out and bring her back in and she will poop in the house. We now have to constantly watch her, I work from home and I take her out like every couple hours. Tried disposable puppy pads and she rips them up, I have reusable pads so I’m constantly going to the laundry mat to wash her pads and blankets. I just don’t know what to do anymore.
We have a tray on the puppy play area, her crate I would make it super small again and retrain her. Also if it’s incontinence you can get washable diapers.

I don’t know of any of them could have the poop fall through. But if it’s just pee. You want something large enough to absorb all of it! And not splatter. So depth would be helpful. The little wolves tray is 1 inch deep. it would work.

So like if you have it on top of something the place where it's cut doesn't have the border and it might leak out a little bit right there. A tray fit for an adult beagle dog...

There are silicone feet on the underneath side to hold it in place while being used. The unit has clips on the edges to hold pad in place & pads are the exact size for holder.
