i got it thanks, the information is for Windows on the Mac I did not see those options but when I used My laptop I was able to follow along and create the signature. Would it be possible for you to do a lesson using the Mac?

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro on my Mac and I do not see those options you mentioned in the tutorial. I need to add this type of signature to some construction documents and cannot due to my inability to complete the digital signature. Please help or if anyone reading this can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I'm trying to ceate a digital certificate signature in Adobe Pro but I can't even find the hamburger menu in Adobe Pro, in order to go to preferences. I just got the Adobe Acrobat Pro. I google and nothing directs to a page with the hamburger menu and side bar to go to preferences and start this process. Can you tell me how I cind that page in Adobe Acrobat Pro, so I can follow your instructions please? I did watch your video just now and it's very easy to understand. I just can't find the menu in order to find preferences, so I can actually, create my digital Certificate signature. Thankyou.

Do i have a differnt version of Acrobat Pro? I do not have a preferences option on the file tab. Control K takes me to a similar flyout but no signature option.
When I go to Fill & Sign or try to insert my digital signature, the whole screen gets greyed out and I can't do anything - I can't access my digital signature, get rid of the grey screen or move it around. Any ideas on how to fix this or what's going on?

What about a Digital Certificate (signature) from Identrust? How do you add it?

It's not on the File tab. It's on the Menu tab - top left. If you don't have it, are you sure you have the Pro version?

Did you managed to this fixed at all ? if so, how did you do it ?
You don't use the Fill and Sign feature. Per the video, you use the Use a Certificate option

How can a 3rd party check if your signature is authentic? Anybody can crete their own "John Smith" certificate.
