I see where your head's at but there's no k in "Nature Boy" Ric Flair's name. I'm sorry but I kind of had to correct you because if you're a mark for Flair like myself, you would think you'd know how to spell his name correctly.
LA Rams fan here and been feeling great with Sean McVay but I'm just here to motivate myself for the finals week because Jeff Fisher what he said to the players really resonated with me. Not just finish strong but there is nothing better when you have great opportunities so we need to cherish it each and every day and love one another!
+Playlist Creator The Vince Young incident was a "snakebite" to the coach and his player. Now, both are dead from the standpoint of their football careers.
i dont think he meaned that much it's just hard to have someone be your boss or coach and have a family and someone is let go of. it just is hard to watch someone get fired or whatever. there was no heartbreak over his firing
Wow, when he said he was sorry! That took my breath away. I rarely here coaches apologize. But for a coach to apologize to a team like the way he did, yeah he might not be the best coach but he at least earn my respect.
"I'm sorry if let anyone down but I don't think so did" lol. That's like a bully saying "sorry if hurt you but I don't think I did lol". He began failing when he forgot he was accountable like everyone else

@@seoulglo1999 Yeah no doubt! Didn't ML coach the bungals for like 15 years or something and constantly get better contracts? How the hell does an organization let that happen?
Jeff Fisher might not be a winning coach but he seemed like a coach players would love and can confide in. He was literally one yard away from potentially winning a SB.
Jeff Fisher did draft some of the players that contributed to both Super Bowl appearances. He does have knownhownto identify talent. He didn't always evolve, particularly offensively.
He's the team player. Honestly he's a Ram. I agreed with the firing because of how he was handling games but honestly every player in that room felt regret, even hopelessness, that they didn't win more for Jeff. He was a great player and a good coach.

Even if your coach has a losing record it's hard to see them get fired. Jeff Fisher is one of the most historically mediocre coaches of all time but it's still hard for a player to have a coach leave or get fired
1 yard shy from being a Super Bowl Championship coach with the Titans. Give the man the respect he deserves. Look at what he inherited and what he left your present coach. Imagine present coach inheriting that. Making sense?
@@jeremyfitts6802 what respect? The guy destroyed qbs careers, ruined great teams. And barely has a winning record. And if not for Vince Young aka the qb fisher tried to fail. Fisher would have a losing record. In fact without Young fisher has a .491 percentage. Fisher also has the most losses in nfl history for a coach. Lol
I never imagined a coach getting to really do something like this unless they chose to leave. I always kinda imagined they just get the papers and the talk and the remaining execs inform the players. Or maybe he chose to do this because they were close.
Razor Smith yeah a AFC Championship under he's belt from 1999 so get over it! He's not the same coach that he was back in 99' when he went to the Super Bowl. He's a head coach super bowl loser! People don’t understand how difficult it is. Talking about his record, it was the team as a whole. You don’t understand their relationships, the people he could’ve helped through ups and downs. So it may seem funny, but it’s not easy..
Well turns out to be a solid move. 2 superbowls with 1 SB win "with my favorite QB of all time #9" but Lions will enjoy what they got from Rams and build their own SB winner with out Matt Stafford. I believe it can be done with Goff.
As a Titans fan this man caused me a roller coaster of emotions. Mostly bad. However, he always seemed to have a lot of respect. The players in this genuinely seemed sad to lose him.
I'm a Titans fan too, and I hated to see him go when he did because Coach Fisher was the Tennessee Titans. They only made the playoffs 6 times during his tenure, but they were always competitive each season. I mean, we almost won the super bowl with Fisher as coach so it wasn't all bad. Coach Vrabel is OK for me, but I don't view him as any better
Despite his record, he is an excellent coach and a great motivator for the teams he had been on. He’s what you call a players coach and I hated to see him leave. He was better than spagnolo and linehan. A great football mind that was limited by players he put the wrong amount of emphasis in which ultimately cost him his job.
@Jim Johnson Not sure where you live, but Im 54 and live in Tennessee. Tennesse fought hard to get teams in the WFL, USFL, and NFL expansion days. Just having a team in Nashille is a miracle. I suppose its a bit like being a Cubs fan here in Tennessee pro football. Hopefully the Vols will do better as well. At the heart of SEC football lots to watch.
I watched this on hard knocks. Growing up a Rams fan and keep my dad a Rams fans when we left LA. He was thinking on going to raiders or 49ers.... But glad we got rid of Fisher. memes aside and the fact that he wasnt a great coach for winning, he was actually a good guy. It showed how much he meant to those players.
He isn't a good guy, he ruined Vince Young's career
That was Vince Young's fault. Young was just overrated from the start. Fisher had nothing to do with it.
