- ALL TIME DAY on the @Seadoo Fish Pro Trophy with my Daughter!
Summer is in full swing... it's been blazing hot, but also super windy. Without a lot of days to fish, Malia and I struck while the iron was hot (aka: the wind was light) and what went from unideal conditions, turned into 10/10 fishing conditions and some amazing catches of Big Drum and Puppy Drum that I wont soon forget with her! Love my little adventure girl :)

What an awesome fish! We spent the last 5 days at Fort Fisher and Wrightsville. Unrelenting is the word that comes to mind when talking about the wind. It was a battle if you couldn’t catch that morning window. My 13yo son was drained by the time we came home. I maybe kept him out there longer than I should have.

this was all sound side... but as far as the ocean, I will shut the unit off when in close proximity to land if need be, or fi I'm fishing with others. if I'm offshore, and not near anyone, I will not turn it off.

That's cool, maybe you could educate me. We get black and red drum down here in South Florida. Y'all kept saying he, are they like snook. When they get to a certain size they are asexual, they all turn female. That's why you can't keep them over a certain size.
I'm just yelling in the moment.... but I honestly never use proper gender for fish. I prolly always say "he" just cause I dont really think about it ever. unless I catch a female I know has roe in it.
