Whoa, It’s as BIG as my HEAD!

I was challenged to go to New Orleans to try a Muffaletta, a New Orleans original from The Market Cafe in the French Market. The Market Cafe, a family-owned and operated dining establishment since 1982, occupies the second oldest building in the French Market, which was first home to the Marcheaux Legumes, and previously known as the Old Vegetable Market and Fish Market. Dating back to 1823, the original cypress ceiling and 19th-century columns remain.

Years ago, I was an Upward Bound journalism teacher. We took the students to New Orleans on a summer trip. We took a steamboat cruise on the Natchez, and I had the most delicious catfish I've ever tasted. I don't even like fish, but this was something special!!! If you're still in New Orleans, hop on board the Natchez. You won't regret it!
