Rabb is the one who gives you your way of life (what is halal and what is haram). Read the tafsir of ayah from surah tawbah 9:31

Rishov Akhlaq actually I'm an animal lover .. so i actually rescued a dog who was badly injured and the dog is in a good health now I actually have 2 dogs like that but the problem is they are not ready to leave me they want to live with me in our house !! So i think I can't pray my salah in my home as I have dogs at home so can u help me with this problem of mine ?

According to this, in many scholars it is told that dogs arent haram but makruh. And they should be kept as a pet with a purpose. In a hadith reported by both al-Bukhari and Muslim, the Prophet (peace be on him) said, "Whoever keeps a dog except for hunting or for guarding crops or cattle will lose one large measure (qirat) of his reward each day."
