I am glad I found this video today. As a fellow Travel/Documentary creator it takes me an avg. of 9 days to create a video while juggling an intense work schedule, father, husband, and battling Kidney Disease. I've been releasing videos on a bi-weekly schedule for almost 3 years and burnout is starting to creep up on me. Your video and backstory kept me so engaged and in the end changed my day. The "I want to Quit" bug started to hitting me with how tired I feel but the creation of video is something I've wanted to do since I was a kid and it's simply a matter of weathering the storm. Thanks for the support and your comment. For us, the travel deals are because we are now able to book our cruises when school is in session. In the past we’ve always had to pay for the most expensive time of year to travel.
Enjoy your retirement or more correctly change of direction. Your openness to seeing things as they happen in port has helped me to pace myself a bit and get over the fomo that led to exhaustion rather than enjoyment. Thank you and best wishes for the future.
Love your comment. We definitely suffered from fomo for many cruises. We had to listen to our bodies and do less at some ports. Now we look at it as excuse to return to some ports that we want to explore more.❤️

My husband "retired " me about 5 years ago because he got tired of us working around my schedule to plan things. More time together is fantastic when you are with someone you love. Your health is what it is. My husband is almost 17 years older than I am (but he still looks GOOD! Ha!), and we will travel as long as he enjoys it and wants to go. Happy Sailing!!!❤

Congratulations. I retired in 2020. Very scary for me. But it has turned out for the better. I suffer from spinal arthritis so I completely understand. You will do wonderful at the utube thing.
