The reason cameraman was arrested is that he was interfering with the officer's arresting the first guy.
He continually kept dodging police efforts to maintain a boundary, kept continually dodging, yelling, and distracting and adding to the chaos.
He shoulda backed up and acted like a human being and he'd have had no problem.
She's not in the middle for the officer.. she's in the middle for him.
the cops are taking advantage of their badge... the badge off and they'll be just another bystander
Appreciate this video. I'm a retired LEO, and first, the lady who kept standing and interfering should have been removed, and arrested for Obstruction. Then, deal with him! Yet, I've seen many videos of these "New" officers, so afraid of law suits, and/or....scared to do their job.....Gun coming out, was insane...it couldve went off, and there was NO REASON for his weapon pulled at that time....unless he saw something, we didn't. Point here is this, The lady should have not interfered, and the officer should have removed her, if he was after the guy. BUT, the guy was a joke for hiding behind a woman, lol. He felt safe to flap his gums, seeing the officer wasn't removing her from the situation. THEN, as you stated, Gotta love the world we live in....People just recording, running their mouths, flapping their gums, etc.......And little "Ninja" cop is an embarrasment.....no sense in that shit....HE CAN RECORD all day long......he can say what he wants...as long it's not "Inciting." ALL parties here, seriously, were wrong. But I'll give an extra FAIL to the Officers....Dude should have ended the shit and remove the woman. Then, "Midget Cop" in his "tactical whatever mode," was hilarious, and arresting guy for recording is a straight up fail!
