Instead of contacting the police, you should give the information to their local news outlets and have them pressure the police to take action against the scammers. Publicly shaming their police department for inaction will get them to finally do something about it.
The interesting thing is, in the past, local police departments have actually Crackdown pretty hardcore on this stuff, in fact this call-center here I'm pretty sure was taken over by the police, however the downside is they're able to reopen pretty quickly because they have the money to do so. The Indian government actually last year acknowledged that there are so many scam centres, another trying to crack down on it. So the public can people in general definitely know about this stuff, but like I said I think it boils down to they have the money to keep reopening.

I was once on the phone with a scammer and I got a message that read "urgent you are on the phone with a scammer, hangup and block the number your bank account has not been compromised" I get messages that my phone is going to be locked because of this and that. Here in USA, the dialing computers follow the same list, daily, 9:30AM scam 1, 10:35AM scam 2, 2:30PM scam 3, ... and we are instructed to hold or push a number. Sometimes it is an AI computer with stock questions and acceptable responses. For the Medicare one with "How old are you?", it disconnects when I say "87"

Unfortunately, their hands are tied if the customer is able to take care of themselves legally and are insistant... Also, yes you are making a difference, thank you. A large chunk of that is due to making videos and having it globally reached. They’re so sickeningly desperate they’re resorting to an old bad of tricks which is a smaller flow of cash taken from debit/credit cards monthly and a lot are not going for the big loads immediately , instead a trickling of $$ that many victims wouldn’t notice. Again, thank you all. We see just a short video but the work, time and effort not shown (that’s needed)doesn’t go unnoticed and appreciated tremendously.
One of the possible way to minimize such scams, all call centers should be registered and their identities video recordable by customer before any transaction is done. Shame on scammers and corrupt authorities.

Agreed, however I think maybe that might be because while what these scammers are doing is wrong and should be exposed. They are still human beings and deserve to have some semblance of a normal life. Meaning, someone, maybe the wrong person who is malicious and possibly a criminal who would cut them physically could end up destroying them. While some people may seem like they deserve that kind of treatment they deserve the justice of courts and the police not criminals who would possibly physically harm them. I hope I made sense.

Here in USA, the dialing computers follow the same list, daily, 9:30AM scam 1, 10:35AM scam 2, 2:30PM scam 3, ... and we are instructed to hold or push a number. Sometimes it is an AI computer with stock questions and acceptable responses. For the Medicare one with "How old are you?", it disconnects when I say "87"
I'd love to hear myself calling them out in a scambaiter video.

Unfortunately, their hands are tied if the customer is able to take care of themselves legally and are insistant... I'm glad I found your channel, because that feeling of helplessness really starts to eat at you after a while. So it's nice to see that at least some people are doing something.

They’re so sickeningly desperate they’re resorting to an old bad of tricks which is a smaller flow of cash taken from debit/credit cards monthly and a lot are not going for the big loads immediately , instead a trickling of $$ that many victims wouldn’t notice.
Again, thank you all. We see just a short video but the work, time and effort not shown (that’s needed)doesn’t go unnoticed and appreciated tremendously.

One of the possible way to minimize such scams, all call centers should be registered and their identities video recordable by customer before any transaction is done. Shame on scammers and corrupt authorities.
All the call centers are registered. These scammers are running business illegally in buildings without any registration .they change location after every few months.

Definitely had a call from these guys in the last month, I’m also shocked that the boss comes from my city of Leeds. If only the police would do something to shut this guy down.

It's not like he's from Harehills or Beeston or somewhere like that. He's also not from more affluent areas like Roundhay, or certain areas of Burley Park / Headingley which are quite heavily populated by wealthier Asian people
In Morley, he's definitely sticking out because it has barely any Asian people lol
