I just tried it with my Evelyne and omg it works! Thank you so much for this video! Even though I’m 5.6” I feel like it’s to long to wear on my shoulder so I only wear it crossed body which limits me a lot since my style of dressing it’s more for shoulder bags. The only reason I have an Evelyne is because my husband bought it for me. I think it’s cute but not my favorite. Mine is the same color as yours. My favorite bag is the Garden Party. I have only one and even though is just a top handle bag it’s totally my style. The Evelyne is for when we travel. It’s very practical for walking around the cities.

@@aandjay My dear, I am so cheap. I don't buy perfume. I rarely buy clothes and would wear things until they get non washable stain or tears. If they go out of style, I have them altered. Like old dresses, I turn into skirts. 🤣😂

I sell unwanted birthday gifts and toys there and in return get Hayden toys there as well. Just today I picked up 3 train sets over $300 retail for $35 cash. Never know what you will find. :)

I was conflicted on keeping the bag because, even w the adjustable strap, it was still a bit long on me. I also love the hack to wear it on the shoulder! Now I don't have to buy a shorter strap/purse chain.

Yes you can shorten the strap on a gm. It's slightly larger than the PM but heavier. My SA didn't know how to shorten the strap further than the traditional adjustment so it hung to low on my hip when we tried it on in the store. Now that I know how to adjust the strap even more, I could've bought a size GM if I needed more space. :)
Hi I loveee this method so much without the use of other accessories to shorten to strap. However has anyone encountered this adjustable strap slipping off, which in turn makes the bag hang longer??

You would have to buy 2 of those buckle and feed the strap through to shorten the tpm size. I don't own one to demonstrate unfortunately 😕.
