- Hey gorgeous!!..Today, i'm going to be shortening the Hermes Evelyne TPM as we all know it's a tad on the longer side offering absolutely no adjustments....Or so we thought :) I hope this video helps gives you ideas on the ways you are actually able to wear the bag and not let a small thing like the strap put you off the bag entirely!!..

If you twist both ends in the same direction, at the end they will twist around each other (the second demo).
My SA showed me another cute way to shorten the strap and make it a shoulder bag. You attach both ends of the original strap on one sode and with the twilly you secure them at the other end with a knot. You can make a pretty bow or just let the twilly hang. ❤

So innovative!! Love the way the knot and braids look. Any idea on how to do similar sort of thing on a metal chain? For example, my lady dior mini chain strap is so long but really hard to adjust because its metal!!!
😄😄 Ahhh Its much trickier with a metal chain, unless you can double it up or some how loop it twice (depending on D rings or loops) Or get a new strap altogether on etsy, just one thats shorter and better suited for you 🤍🥰 xx

Btw I recently saw this thing called Mulberry Exchange! Do you think luxury companies will start moving towards this??!! If it does what does this mean to the luxury market?
Yes!!..The older versions don't come off, i couldn't imagine anything worse for me 😅, now all they need to do is add the adjustment thingy to the TPM so we don't have to braid it 😂
