I'm not sure Brock as gotten smaller per se. He's just gotten older so his body composition has changed a lot. No more traps up to your forehead in your 40s. Lol. He also does a lot more cardio now than he did in his first WWE run, since he never did strike training back then.
I think he went off of the steroids and started trying to build natural muscle. It took a lot off him, but he's still got great strength. The cardio has also contributed to his size.
Another savage & brutal moment featuring Brock was when during a match between him & the Big Show, Brock suplexed him from the top rope & their combined body weight caused the entire ring to collapse 😳😳😳. That was seriously intense 💥💥💥

Brock Lesnar was an NCAA champion in wrestling, the man is a fantastic wrestler but obviously with WWE portraying him as a beast they just have him demolishing people and throwing them about. Also in his UFC career he incorporated a lot of wrestling in his arsenal with takedowns to get into ground and pound situations.
