can you please explain how did you get credit sales number from 11,500,000 on the example data slide to 1,150,000 on the EXAMPLE: Operating data slide????
Sorry, I forgot to note that the units have been divided by 10. Notice the numerator and denominator in AR turnover are both smaller by a factor of 10. So are the other numbers. Thanks for watching the video.
Ronald I am a bit confused the operating cycle is the time from buying raw material, processing them, the time they are sold and finally up to the point the cash is received, how accurate are we going to be if we just add the inventory period and receivable period to calculate the total operating cycle

Hypothetically this example is that of a buying and selling system. Where there is no production. But in case of production you all all those days
