That's why i like comparisons -- either rehearsal-to-stage versions (which there really are hardly any of those actually), or versions from one yr. to another (as in the Jailhouse Rock comparison); it shows so much him, & the backups also. Glad you liked it. Thank you so much.

I lived in Vegas for over 40 years and my dad worked at the International and actually met Elvis and got has autograph. My dad also before that worked at the Sahara hotel , and I'm not sure which one he met him at. he said he was a gentleman. I'm 72 and i wasn't interested back then as I was a fan of the Beatles back then. I probably could have gone to his show, which now I regret. I'm definitely rediscovering Elvis. I used to go to some of his movies and liked some of his songs but I'm obsessed now lol. The autograph was given to my older sister and she lost it. But i love your reactions. I laugh with you during the videos. You get him and I think he's absolutely great.

These Vegas rehearsal clips are pure gold. Especially with the subsequent live performance after it.
I think that people don't write these type of songs anymore is mainly because of a lack of talent. Pure and simple.
