I just joined your channel. Glad I did. You reminded me,I to have a rare 45, the main piano player at the Louisiana hayride,Mrs Gloria Bryson gave me a promotion 45 of a Elvis interview from Texarkana
Hey Christian! Another great and awesome finds my friend. That EP is just purr treasure to have indeed. Big Congrats 🎉🎊 my good friend! Wishing you a great day as well 😊 TCB ⚡️⚡️😎🙌
Hi Christian, thanks for another beaut video. I went to a record fair here (melbourne) yesterday and bought 9 LPs. One stall had a heap of Elvis singles and EPs in picture sleeves, but I walked right past because I had exceeded my spending limit by then😮. Also, I don't collect the 7" records at all because I don't have the space to store them, but maybe I should start buying them up when i see them, to pass on to other fans who are looking for them? As for the Sun Records picture sleeves, I bought a new book this year, The illustrated History of Sun Records, and it has color photos of all the EP and LP picture sleeves they produced: EPS - four Jerry Lee, five Johnny Cash and one Carl Perkins. Wonder why they never did an Elvis EP....probably didn't have time before RCA snapped him up.
Hey Patracat! I saw your video of your haul from the record fair - excellent! I really like the Great Performers series with the fantastic booklets. Thanks for the Sun info. Cheers!
Nice finds. The EP is just great. I think those vintage EP’s are just wonderful to collect. They just look amazing. I like the idea of the 78 on the wall. Nice post. I always enjoy what you find.
Hey Christian, it made me smile that you smiled when you were holding EPB-747. That double EP is really something special. I’m glad you got one. Happy collecting. 😊
That Jerry Lee Lewis 45 is one of the greatest only original sun 45s with a picture sleeves. Johnny cash had an Ep released with a picture sleeve including wreck of the old 97, I walk the line, Folsom prison blues, and Doin my time.
As always you really amaze me with your ELVIS finds that are out in the wild. Too bad the 78 ELVIS record is broke but still makes a great wall hanger lol.
Great find on the double EP. I had no idea RCA even issued this until I started searching for EP's on eBay. Recently bought EPA 747 but it was quite expensive. Great watch as always, thank you. Steve (UK)
I collect Sun, outside of EP's, there are only 3 Sun singles that had picture sleeves, Jerry Lee Lewis had Great Balls of Fire and High School Confidential, the other 45 single with a sleeve was Johnny Cash's Guess Things Happen That Way

The books that the records are in were called "albums" like a photo album, it was a RECORD ALBUM...hence the name record album.
