- This is a different video Having been invited to film the behind scenes of getting ready for Easter Day by the Sunrise Restaurant, I spent the day filming Preperation of the whole lambs, goat, kokoretsi, souvlaki and chicken. Very interesting longer video than usual .

The Greeks are very family orientated, lovely to see, as with your family when you have them all round the table enjoying good food, laughter and the odd vino or two!

Amazing seeing how all these dishes are made and how a proper family run Greek restaurant kitchen works. What a wonderful place that is, will definitely pay them a visit. Always wanted to try goat too.

At lunch time of Easter Sunday in 2013, while bicycling from Kassiopi to Arillas, myself and three friends stopped at this taverna for a beer. If I remember correctly we where treated to a wonderful Greek meze with our beverages. A really nice taverna with warm and friendly people and a wonderful view.

Hi Al, had a family barbecue this weekend, did big chunky ribs in coke like you showed and made a big batch of your delicious barbecue sauce.
It was a hit with everyone including the kids, they put it on everything!
Plus everyone wanted the recipe, they kept asking where did you get this from, so told them from a man called Al who lives in Corfu and frequents Oscars quite regularly. So hopefully when they come over they’ll by you a drink or two!!!! Yamas mate, nice one.
ps. That sauce is great as it sticks to everything.

Thanks Dean, I will try but supermarkets ate leery of letting me film now. I can tell you a ton of cat food before co vid 49 cent's now today 63 for same tin. Every thing up by similar amount. Stay safe. Al
