Thank you very much for posting this. I understand quite a few people would be disappointed in the winter weather and social scene but it's perfect for us as future retirees and homebodies. Corfu's weather is just like ours. The procedure sounds much like buying property in the U.S.

Winters there are not much airplanes fly to Corfu also.
Then you have to go elsewhe in Greece or Italy.
With extra costs ofcourse. 🤔
Just a nice holiday and short stay is with less headaches.

But I would just like to know is it warm enough to sunbath and go in sea from 27th April for a week? Hi many apologies for the delay only just seen your comment. Wait until may would be my advice the weather here is very unpredictable.we are having a brilliant winter warm and sunny but could change within an hour to be bloody cold. Anyway not much will be open in April. Hope that helps ,Al
