I have grown my hair over the last few years as before that I used to wear my hair to shoulder length only. Along the way I have learnt what works and does not work to keep your hair glossy, healthy and from falling. The balance has to come not only in the type of products we use but also in the what we eat. Its important to eat the right type of foods that form a good healthy environment for our hair follicle to grow. Look for the following foods:
Eggs, Berries, Spinach, Fatty Fish, Sweet Potatoes, Avocados, Nuts, Seeds and green leafy vegetables. Its as important to handle mental wellness as that helps control and down regulate cortisol. Cortisol along with damaging our collagen also has the potential to damage your hair follicle leading to irreversible hair damage. Some of the signs of stress related hair damage is hair fall, hair thinning, receding hair line and hair breakage.
Along with using well formulated affordable shampoos from Loreal, Dove and others, its equally important to use conditioners and serums. Conditioners help prevent hair breakage and hair fall by locking moisture and hydration in our hair. Hair serums are equally important and these go in lock the hair cuticles further and form a protective covering of the hair. Serums can protect the hair from UV damage as well as free radicals.

@@RubinaSkincare I was very confident when I completed my M com and I used to feel like that nothing in the world can make me disheartened and that was a time when my parents where planning for me to get married and that was the turning point of my entire life I got married to a person whom I never knew it was totally arranged and I have never ever went to the place where the boy was and the entire family was 4m and I was very unhappy at a point that I didn't expected this to happen to me all my confidence level became zero I was feeling really hopeless miserable and stuck in a situation from which I was feeling like I would never escape from I had a very horrible marriage experience and that really trolled me down and that is the main cause of suffering my mental health right now I cannot find peace anywhere the only place I can find right now is of watching something which is new in the market to make myself feel better specially in front of the mirror because that is the best friend I have seen in my life who is trying hard for me to gain my confidence back that I am not useless I am not pathetic I am something which I was 5 years ago (the reflection of mine in the mirror).. for me recovering from mental health was a very long journey and I am still recovering I have not recovered ..the only thing which has helped me was caring about myself and I know many people will not accept the fact that at that point you don't even like to look yourself in the mirror but it has helped me I saw 2000 flaws in me when I was looking into my the mirror and I started deleting the flaws I started pampering myself & it lead me to the point that I started watching UA-cam I came to know about products slowly and steadily I came in contact with beautiful people who were authentic where sharing genuine news and which kind of helped me and now I feel more confident I feel like yes I have achieved my true self which I was when I was in college and I feel really pretty to look at myself in the mirror because that image only gives me the out most confidence right now nobody on the earth can make me feel confident the way the mirror reflection of Mine gives me🌷 and you are also helping me alot in combating the present scenario in an around us this is my true genuine feelings for you

Cause I had a bad bad experience 3 years back when I had to cut my hairs till my shoulders cause of beauty salon I visited without any information that was so scary... But things of past r gone n now my hairs r long cause I apply henna n oil them on a regular basis .... N yes use loreal serum that u suggested its tooooo gud. I have ben watching your reviews on different skin n hair care products. I can't say much about skin care but yeah if u want healthy shine bouncy , long hair so just try home made oil with coconut or Mustard oil, almond oil, few neem n curry leaves , onion seeds/ black sead , aleovera,methi seeds and keep all ingredients on low flame for few minutes n use this oil once or twice a week with pinch of camfor u will see the difference in wash u will love ur hair 🥰

Thanks for the note Pallavi 💛 I have not used WOW products so I cannot comment. Morrocon oil has argan oil, Khadi, Wishcare...all are reasonably good brands.

Hi Rubina! Your UA-cam channel is very addictive ❤️ Could you pls suggest some hair care products for my husband as he is experiencing hair fall? We have already ordered the detoxie shampoo.
try meeting a trichologist or a doctor as well.. as hair fall can be complex and may not respond well to just topical care.
as for good products detoxie and the minimalist serum can help. Do look at DIM supplementation along with Nettle- but do please consult your doctor before you start these.

Itchiness means dryness or fungal infection. Get it checked. No the Neutrogena shampoo might not help

i get the hair professionally coloured so i cannot comment but what i will share is that these colors are permanent and the graythat you see is your hair growing and not the color fading. does this help?

Mam Does silicons doesn't damage our hair ..like every other influencer talks about not using silicon coz they might not allow hydration inside
they lock hydration in hair by sealing the hair. ...and its good to use an anti residue shampoo to remove these once a month. they are safe...dont worry.
How would you compare Neutrogena anti residue shampoo vs neutrogena t/sal shampoo that has 3% SA along with anionic surfactants to be used once a month as a clarifying shampoo?
An apple to orange comparison as both are completely different products for completely different requirements. Anti residue is clarifying for hair product build up while T/Sal is for scalp conditions.
@@RubinaSkincare Neutrogena t/sal has sodium c14-16 olefin Sulfonate as its third ingredient. SLES which is the only anionic surfactant in Neutrogena anti residue shampoo. To my knowledge, Na C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate is harsher than SLES although SLES is a harsh surfactant too. So what makes Neutrogena Anti Residue shampoos a "typical clarifying shampoo" then and neutrogena t/sal not?
@@garythesnail7098 While looking at formulations its best to look at the individual ingredients and the sum total effect. Why are you narrowing down SLS only? T/Sal is explicitly therapeutically remedial with ingredients that help in various scalp conditions some of which may even be adjunct to a medical condition. Anti residue is remedial in only as much as removing build up.

I have fine hairs and conditioners make them heavy. Every time i use a conditioner my hairfall increases. Any suggestions? And the vedio was amazing , i'm so thankful of you for giving all the tips and information. Lots of love❤
Hmmm for fine hair its best to use a deep conditioning gentle shampoo or oil everytme before shampoo sothat your hair does not need a conditioner.
