I’d say it’s worth it but not for the extra performance, it’s worth it because of the exclusivity of it. It’s a really cool car that’s going to be extremely rare!
This car is so much cooler than Bmw with ugly beaver face. It’s also by far one of the best handling sedans and also a car that left behind Panamera turbo and M4 for 13 seconds in Nurburgring. 13 seconds is like 13 years on race track. i’ve been obsessed with the gulia quadrifoglio ever since my italian friend nicolo showed one to me back in 2019. too broke to afford one so thank you for this matt
BTW you should equalize the drivers weights with sand bags or whatever to be fair. I own a stock QV and a 550hp RS3. While the RS3 is faster on straight roads or wet conditions, the QV is way more exclusive and loves curves in dry conditions, it's the driver's car. And: Owning the RS3 for 3 years mostly Porsche guys came across and asked why the RS3 is so incredibly fast. Owning the QV for 3 weeks, already 3 random people from the streets came across and told me how AMAZING this car is. It seems that the QV is coming along with a very positive image. On the Autobahn people earlier are clearing my lane when I am arriving at high speed in the Alfa, compared to same situations in the RS3. So the QV seems to look somehow faster in the mirror (possibly because it is simply bigger than the RS). As a summation, I LOVE BOTH so much. The Alfa is the beauty, the RS3 is the badass beast. Can't sell one. No way.
Funnily enough I was checking reviews on this car not long ago and thought of this comparison. Thank you Matt. Essentially it is a Ferrari engine, 458 Italia plays a part in it and tuned by the same Ferrari engineer of California T, although Ferrari’s official stance is that they play no part it in lol. I’m a sucker for tan on green, so would love tan/saddle brown Italian leather on a green Guilia Quadrifoglio but that may compromise the weight reduction lol 😂 Alcantara is a great alternative. Your explicit jokes are getting out of hand Matt haha 😂 Great Comparison Thanks for creating this one Matt 😊
@@nessuno5403You are right, it is Alfa Romeo engine. Like they’re an F1 Team they don’t need engines to be donated from other manufacturers lol. That was just a play of words in my head.
As a BMW fan boy I thing the Giulia QV is the sport sedan GOAT. Also to people debating whether the GTA is worth it two things to note: 1. The Giulia has never been about straight line performance (or performance in general despite it setting every four door lap record when the QV dropped in '17) and by all accounts the GTA is the best driving sedan any reviewer I have ever seen claims to have ever driven 2. All of them sold out before the first one was even built and if you want to buy one second hand the cheapest one for sale anywhere in the world is asking $220,000, which means it is objectively worth it.

I’d say it’s worth it but not for the extra performance, it’s worth it because of the exclusivity of it. It’s a really cool car that’s going to be extremely rare!
So the "normal" Quadrifoglio weights less than the new M2..
The new M2 is shite
This car is so much cooler than Bmw with ugly beaver face. It’s also by far one of the best handling sedans and also a car that left behind Panamera turbo and M4 for 13 seconds in Nurburgring. 13 seconds is like 13 years on race track. Show some respect to small company which managed to show huge ass fuck to big three by creating emotional, based on Ferrari engine car that outhandled everything else. Also, since GTA and GTam are all sold they already cost more than original price.
Porsche doesn't even make a car in the giulia class.
i’ve been obsessed with the gulia quadrifoglio ever since my italian friend nicolo showed one to me back in 2019. too broke to afford one so thank you for this matt

It's not a Ferrari engine, it's Alfa Romeo's 690T derived from Maranello's F154
@@nessuno5403You are right, it is Alfa Romeo engine. Like they’re an F1 Team they don’t need engines to be donated from other manufacturers lol. That was just a play of words in my head.
Ferrari actually played no part in the QV. As the engine never came from a ferrari.
Love the noise, keep these up
Too slow to comment. Am just going to enjoy the video
Love the Giulia and always love seeing you two guys both in the drag races !!!
The GTA is one of the coolest looking sedans on the planet. Up there with the m5 cs
I’ve never been so more “tickled” watching a car video 😂
Alfa V6 sounds brilliant
The edit at 3:59 was very clever, well done:)
well spotted
I had a quad for a year and a half, that car is in a league of its own.
Races with Yianni are always awesome
The most beautiful sedan ever created. period.
those cars sound really good 👌🏻
Awesome car!!!Best saloon on sale!!!❤️❤️❤️
As a BMW fan boy I thing the Giulia QV is the sport sedan GOAT. Also to people debating whether the GTA is worth it two things to note:
1. The Giulia has never been about straight line performance (or performance in general despite it setting every four door lap record when the QV dropped in '17) and by all accounts the GTA is the best driving sedan any reviewer I have ever seen claims to have ever driven
2. All of them sold out before the first one was even built and if you want to buy one second hand the cheapest one for sale anywhere in the world is asking $220,000, which means it is objectively worth it.
Not really an Alfa fan but I can’t deny that giulia gta is a good looking car!
I seriously love Matt and Yianni combination. Just so amazing
Tbh I’d take either one of these over an M3 anyday
M3 comp all day everyday
Those are some beautiful cars 👌
“Uuuhh, little tickle worked well” Always does mate, always does 😂😂
Ain’t nothing normal about the Giulia Quadrifoglio 💯 Bleeds specialness throughout 💪🏼
It would be interesting to throw a tuned QV in the mix for fun and see how it compares 🤔
Modified car testing is dumb - you can modify anything and everything and compared to stock, of course it will be faster, but will it have longevity?
@@nessuno5403 in this case it makes sense, and this channel has done similar tests. I'm not talking about some wild build, just an ecu reflash. Similar to what Dinan does with BMW.
@@MurderSTi I know they have done it before, but spend the same money modifying both cars and you still have one faster than the other
I love how detached Yianni is from the world of cars despite some of the cars he owns 😂
I think he's brilliant!
I think im high cause the thumbnail looked like 2 camry's
lol it’s so amusing the effort you take to scam people
The Italians know how to create exciting cars.
As a Alfa Romeo owner yk this makes me happy
