Have a friend that just got his a few days ago. The 2 door looks so much better and the manual is just more fun. The Bronco was his choice short of Suzuki not offering the Jimny in the US, he also owns an 88 Samuari.
Yeah I just got a 2022 4Runner TRD off-road premium a few months back but I'm definitely geting a bronco In the future I want a 2 door badlands with a manual And a squatch package
I really want to order one of these now. I was set on a Miata but after watching all the 2door and manual transmission bronco videos I think I've changed my mind. Too bad order banks are closed
@@aMotoheadsGarage people always say I’m crazy for going through wild stuff in my Power Wagon but I agree with you 100%, the reason I got a Heavy Duty with front and rear lockers, disconnecting sway bar, winch and solid front and rear axles is because I haul some stuff and I WANT TO PLAY, if you don’t want to use the stuff then why put the money out. I did level it, put 37s, high clearance bumpers, ARB twin compressor and an ARB breather extension for a little bit of added confidence. Great job Sir!
New series idea: TFL subs get to come test the off-road course with their personal rigs so they finally understand the courses you guys have been running all these years are actually difficult! Love what tumbleweed has done for the channel, great call on David, the ranch, and adding personal story on-top of your truck reviews!
Yeah some courses looks so easy to viewers but those can be a really hard or near impossible challenge. Like a just hill. No rocks, no anything. Just a hill. I experienced it myself few times. One time i met a Slippery hill that was near impossible to crawl on and vehicles that locked both axles and Some lightweight short wheelbase models that used huge momentum got on the top. Even one guy's front diff was broken and i needed to be winched to be on top of the hill even with rear locker and MT tires...
TFL has this segment dialed in now. (IMO) The "guests" driving their own vehicle is spot on the way it should be. And I was just thinking a sticker or certificate or some sort of accomplishment award would be nice to send home with those that visit and tackle the course. So big kudos to whom ever thought that up. These people are your fans and are giving you free content to add to your channel. So good deal. 🙂 NOW, would someone PLEASE send a 4R TRD OR or Pro through that course? lol
Also just like Roman said, its cause this course can cause damage as we’ve seen in other videos so they don’t want to damage someone else’s vehicle. Let them offer to take their own vehicle on the course knowing the potential damage while being featured on a big platform like TFL and show off their rigs.
I like it when normal people take their rigs through the course. TJ comes across as a really likable guy who absolutely NAILS it when he said something about Tommy being right more than Roman! LOL!!! That green 2-door manual Bronco looks great and did very well on the course.
Old school motocross riders are a different breed, there was no way that your course was going to raise his blood pressure. That dude's the best 👏 👏 he should be on staff.

I own a 2 door Badsquatch and I gotta say, it’s a vehicle that inspires confidence. You really can put that thing anywhere. It’s not the end all be all, but for something you can get straight from the dealership it really kicks ass.
I love this guy holy crap!!!! I did all the same things to my old JKU almost to the T, and now have a full built out Tundra with a shell. This guy is my long lost brother. Great sense of humor and attitude, just salt of the earth!!!

Really like this build. It’s simple and the guy built his own storage gear and upgrades rather than trying to market overpriced “overland” gear to us. Really cool!
I think that you finally captured how steep the course is on camera. The Bronco really did make short work of most of the course. That particular Bronco would benefit from a few tweaks with FORSCAN.
@@aMotoheadsGarage turn off all the annoying Ford chimes, disable double honk, disable seat belt nanny, enable all GOAT modes, enable BAMBI mode lights, enabling return to last light settings, adjust TPM and tire sizes as needed, and maybe disable start/stop depending on your preferences. Those are main ones that come to mind. It makes the vehicle far more enjoyable to not have the distraction of all the crazy chimes and nanny noises. Make sure you get the latest version of FORSCAN, some versions could not communicate well with the 2022. BTW, that's a sweet ride. You are going to love Sport mode, I bet!
I’m not sure about the Bronco, but on the F-150 you don’t need FORScan to disable the seatbelt chime. Turn on ignition accessories only (do not start vehicle), wait for seatbelt light to go off (usually takes 1 minute), buckle and unbuckle 3x, wait for seatbelt light to come back on, and buckle one last time, light should flash a bunch and then go off.
I think I like watching other regular dudes try TFLs offroad obstacles just as much as I liked watching Tommy and David run them in their vehicles. I think it is super cool that TFL is letting more viewers and fans try their rigs on the course. Not only is it more content, but we get to see some vehicles we otherwise probably would not otherwise see here, and how they fare with normal dudes (and eventually probably ladies) giving it the go. I hope you keep this up and that you're all able to have viewers with their new and different rigs and build combinations give it a try. It would be really cool if the manufacturers start to notice and build their new offroaders specifically to tame Tumbleweed, so you have to get David back in to make even harder obstacles. Imagine Ford or GM/Chevy or Ram or Toyota or Nissan sending out their camoed test vehicles in a fleet just to try the courses on camera. Who would not want to see all that?

TFL needs to make stickers people can put on their vehicles as a Badge of Honor. Sort of like the "This car climbed Mt. Washington" bumper stickers. "Conquered Tumbleweed Ranch" if the vehicle makes it under it's own power (installed winches I would count as under it's own power). "Drove Tumbleweed Ranch" if it required recovery by another vehicle. Maybe patches that the driver can keep. You could sell stickers that say something different, like "I'd rather be driving at Tumbleweed Ranch."

Refer to your owners manual to disable the seatbelt reminder in any Ford vehicle. I work for the railroad and rarely have my seatbelt on because I’m constantly in and out of the truck. By a series of buckling and unbuckling, you can turn off the seatbelt reminder
