We caramelised sugar first & power over the coffee powder, first batch & second batch should be mixed & store in the fridge. Required quantity decoction mixed with milk without sugar r jaggery, it will be yummy. This method we learnt from Indian board.

Hello sir,Inside the filter,plunger is not put.Usually after adding coffee powder inside filter,plunger is put and boiling water is added on it.Here plunger is not inserted.Whether coffee to be made without plunger.what is the ratio of chicory and coffee.Usually caterers use 70% coffee and 30% chicory.Is this ratio ok.please guide.Thank you.
If u want coffee flavour go for
80 : 20 ratio or else 70 : 30 ratio
