    Great video once again Mark. You know where i am on my achilles / ankle journey. it is good to get some different ideas on how we can manage these injuries

      Cheers Andy. So much info out there on eccentric loading but I’ve been through this experience before back in 2009. Older now and rehab results may take longer!

    The elliptical really is the saddest thing in the gym. Hopefully you're off it soon. Wish I shared your appreciation of the rower, I've one in the basement which I keep looking at and then walking away from 😂

      😅yeah the rower is a torture machine for sure. I’m so tempted to do just one more race - a 10k end of September - but trying to be wise. The thing is, the Achilles isn’t getting worse and I can manage it. But that can’t become the norm. Hopefully I can gut rid of the niggle but it may take some time.

      @@robertholloway6706 🤯. Not been in the H2O since COVID hit. Actually a sub-6min 400M swimmer back then. Not sure about now😳
