Ok, to the many know it all’s, this tiny creek would silt over if this action wasn’t used by the cocklers, it is at the end of a small gutway, which has a very very small time limit on usage each tide and that would disappear in weeks if the boats didn’t self dredge. This guy is Actually very skilled . I’d like to see others try it. Commenting when you know not of what you speak is daft. This is a very locals only thing that outsiders don’t understand.
I was shocked to see this and knew what he was doing, but Lordy, do that around here and you're screwed. The big rocks would end your day. Must be all silt?
Hi there, we've been enjoying walking along with you. (especially as we make walks in soulful cities and have just filmed in in Leigh too), so it's lovely to see a different eye view. Do you come from Leigh, it's our home town? Thanks for taking the time to add it.
Living Walks thanks glad you liked it. I live just up the road and love going to the cockle sheds for seafood and beer and watch the boats roll in and then watch them roll away again.
The time this guy spends in getting into deep water in man-hours and the cost of Diesel, might be well worth it to wait until the tide comes up..a bit and then go for it...
I think you will find that he. Is repro filing his mooring access. Never underestimate these ole boys. I Can see why you would think that. Stay safe in the virus.
It’s lovely to see my home town on the internet
me too. I was born in the old Town many years ago, always have good warm thoughts about the the Town.

Wau ,great ,great work .Felicidades !
Bravo !
Used to enjoy sitting outside the pub next to the seafood stall eating fresh cockles and jellied eels back in the 90s
People with boats like that tend to know what they are doing in their home port, there's a reason for everything!
Thanks for the insight. As others have said, he knows what he’s doing.
The British Navy enjoying a day at the beach I see
I was shocked to see this and knew what he was doing, but Lordy, do that around here and you're screwed. The big rocks would end your day. Must be all silt?
All that mud going through the engine I think I would have waited for a bit more tide
I guess the heat exchanger flushes out in open water?
Support here enjoy
No Problem to that Cummins to push it on , sounds like an L10
I guess that's one way to keep the bottom of the boat clean.
Where's the sheds?
Dredging with the prop
I,d be crying if that was my boat!! Scraping the bottom and revving the knackers off it cant be good for it!
its not but they don`t give a fxxk
quite right do they give a Fxxx no.
Steel hull. It can take it
You’d almost swear he was a Thai captain
GREAT WAY TO MAKE IT DEEPER OR DESTROY YOUR WHEEL SHAFT AND ENGINE 😳
Hope there is no rocks in that mud.
Tekne gırtlağına kadar gömülmüş
Kuma
scuppers a bit small or not?
One way to keep the bottom clean

Living Walks yes maybe we will. Ok I will take a look.

Have the channel dredged deeper
The channel is about 2 miles to deep water
Impacient ?
nice bro new Subscribe here
The way that tide is running in, he would have had enough water if he had waited ten minutes. Call himself a skipper, Tosser.
they don`t give a Fxxk anyway.
