I am from Dallas. I have no dog in this fight. This was one of the most compelling playoff series I have ever seen. I said after game 6 that I hoped game 7 would go to OT, for the sake of hockey fans everywhere, and it did. It sucks that one of these teams had to lose. Great respect to both teams for leaving it all out there and for treating the fans in Hershey and Cleveland to an absolute classic series.
Bears fan here, I attended ever home game aside from one during the Phantoms series. This Cleveland series brought everything playoff hockey has to offer. Every bears home game went to OT. Neither team had quit in them. Even if they lost the final, this series is forever a memorable one

I see people talking trash about choking in a game 7.....are u people THAT dumb???? Your team came back from being down 3 games to none....and almost completed a historic series win! Be proud of your team! Very nice try Monsters.....you guys never stayed down!!!!! (from an Admirals fan)

2 good teams. 4 games in OT and and 2 one goal games.I am Hershey fan, but had the Bears swept, believe they would have had trouble in finals being too confident .Also any other team would have folded after being up 3-0.Bears have leadership and did not panic .Otherwise, CLeveland does something special .Respect!
These bears players had some tough games and worked extremely hard to get to where they are but Shepard is an extremely talented goalie that is highly valued. He really helped the bears this season.
