- 2020 Africa Twin Adventure Sports Review & Test Ride is show casing this new iteration of this famous adventure bike and in my opinion the true definition of an adventure motorcycle, or at least more so than the competition. Most big bore adventure motorcycles are road biased designed with the occasional off road adventure. The Africa twin adventure is just as comfortable on road as it is off road. The all famous Africa Twin is now modern and feature most of the modern gadgetry one has come to expect - Enjoy the video!

Lekker man! I got mine a few weeks ago. What a piece of kit!!
You can't fall behind If you're creating something no one else has. I love the GS's and KTM's but the Honda is a completely different bike. Love it for what it is and for what it isn't. It's spectacular.
John Baker agreed. it is different that is for sure! Cheers
Thanks for sharing 😉
Black is also good! Movie shooting is perfect

George

Andrew Ewan many thanks
Thank's a lot for your kind comment !
Hey. Good review. I'm looking at purchasing a adventure bike this year.
Here in South Africa we have some wicked off the beaten roads.
I think the AT is the best fit.
Tyrone Harding the African Twin is a really good bike for off the beaten track style riding, DCT is really impressive and works well. Enjoy your new ride and stay safe!
How would you say your VFR1200X compares to the Africa Twin Adventure?
Please tell me , i want to buy bmw 1250 did you think this better than 1250 adventure
How you injured you right hand ?
what camera are you using for your side view while riding?
That is Insta 360 camera. Films in 360* and you click where you want to look at via the camera app.
You mention aftermarket luggage? It says Honda on the pannier rack.
yes, apparently there are 2 OEM versions the plastic panniers that do not require the rack and the aluminium that do require the additional rack. I said that thinking it was after market "Honda branded". I hope this helps, stay safe and thanks for watching.
@@0to100Adventure Hi yes this helps. I see the cam lock on top of the rack is branded Honda but looks very like Givi Outback style. From further investigation, I'm told Givi makes the OEM aluminum boxes.
& Although they don't normally sell an exhaust side stepped box, they do for Honda.
also the one on your handlebars?
Michael Stephens the "insta 360 one X", the camera that you see mounted my handlebars.
8 valves per cylinder ???
Russell Gardner no 8 valve twin cylinder is what I was meant to say. Cheers
Hi, just out of curiosity :) are you riding around Warsaw?
inwencjaaa yes this is Warsaw
Very nice video review and looking at the features but there is two why’s
Why not a normal model with quickshifter on it.
Why no full system akrapovic on it will be the first on youtube.
Dst is better for the xadv 750 but not for this kind of motorcycle
The fog lights ar to high and must come on the place like the bmw r1200 adventure it will be better for the driving experience at night and looks moor muscle when it is on
Barbary Lion thanks, it is a good point about quick shifter, I guess Honda’s focus is on DCT. Also it would sound amazing with akrapovic exhaust. Personally I like the spots where they are. Cheers
Poor wind protection and hard seat. Why do they do it on Adventure bike?
You're making general statements about the bike after having ridden it for 5 minutes on a German highway!!! You should ride it for a couple thousand kilometers before you do that. Not very confidence inspiring, to use your own words!
Okay, not sure I get the point. I am allowed to give my opinion on real world and first ride. I also ride plenty other bikes that I compare to in general and have plenty years and kilometres as a rider. I do mention that my thoughts are subjective, as will always be the case. These are there to help viewers see and familiarise themselves with the bike and in most cases appreciated for what it is. Everyone has an opinion and that is fine.
