I mained Soulfist from the start of the game.
Going through T1-T2-T3 all the way up to Vykas as RS and had just kind of accepted that i will be like half a class forever untill i switched to EO and started MVP:ing everything i did. Never looked back although i do miss the big spirit bombs and i have a 10/6 RS stone.
I swap back and forth between EO and RS daily (i have 2 sets) and can say a lot of what you said is pretty accurate. Nice video.

i love this, i remember like 4month ago i made this class as an alt main and thinking to myself, one day, we'll get hanumatan and i will finally be hitting big 1bil numbers, so i told myself i will not cheap out and go all in and spend like over 300k on my soulfist with 2x 100q accessories and now the books are skyrocket high and im glad i made one cuz i really love my SF (it had its up and downs but at the end it is really fun to play and i would recommend to all people who wants to play SF)
ps. it took me 1 1/2 day to decide rather i should go EO or RS and i'm glad i made the decision to go RS

I started as Robusty, and switched to EO. What i hated about EO was managing the dominion set, and all the white numbers. Also the level of swift i had, it did not feel good. I switched to Hallucination set, and instantly much better. Crits are life.
So its nice to see someone pushing the SF for ppl to join, but the reason that they say that RS is the hard SF to play, is because to truely do an entire rotation in RS is a pain. double on every skill and 3 force palms, thats where your biggest dmg comes out, if you are off by .5-2 seconds somewhere in there(depends on spec/gem levels) you will get a very different dmg output. Also spec does more than just your Hype CD, it also increases your CD while in hype, so your skills cool downs change drastically the more you increase your spec, so theres breakpoiints and different rotations the higher up in spec you go, every like 100 spec up till 1750 is a different rotation because of how much the CD changes, theres also different break points and rune sets depending on your gem levels, once you get high enough gems, you take of ConvJudge set because you can do the full double+1 rotation without using it, and get more out of other runes on them. its ALOT more in depth than the keyboard EO, i play both RS being the main, but yeah.
The levels of excitement I'm feeling rn are crazy. I'm not super far in the game. I have a 1520 striker but my highest alt is a soulfist at 1460. I finally decided last week I'm going to finish 5x3 on it and push it to brel. Bought all of the Robust books for 800g last week which is crazy cheap for NA East. Literally this morning bought all the accessories and got it 5x3, just leaving work and I see this video. Perfect timing I'm so excited to play it

@satthuanmay so much fun. I'm only 1540 spec so I definitely need to upgrade some accessories but the robust accessories are basically non existent even trying to buy 3 3 with it. I'm leveling it to clown right now.
@@Ryzrr my main alt was EO. I recently just switched to RS when I hit 1500 because I felt the hype management was too much for me and I’m always forgetting to go hype 3 and losing dps. I went with precise dagger so all my accessories was super cheap so I’m at 1760 spec with bracelet. Having only 12 second downtime until hype3 is really nice and easier to burst

Been unhappy with my EO for a while now, managing hype 2 and 3 is cumbersome and 1 small mistake and you do zdps. Your video convinced me to try robust.

Ive played robust since launch. People severely downplay the amount of dps you get from back attacking fulltime. And then taking Shadowbreaker > Celestial palm. Then when we get the number of skill points we need (420) I will personally opt for flashstep lvl 10 (dynamic dimension) and add another damage gem for it. Go try it! You're welcome :D
I'm actually new to the game, I played scrapper to t3 and decided I wanna try soul fist, so I power passed her through punika and I actually really enjoy her. I definitely feel like I do piss damage when not in hype and dont have buffs up. But idk I enjoy her, spirit bomb cool
I've played RS since launch and honestly don't plan on dropping her but it has to be said that if you make a RS you will not be getting MVP anywhere unless everyone else is way way weaker than you. You will crit prob 3 out 10 bombs and it's going to feel like shit. My SF has prob 55-60% crit and it's still goes blank on most bombs. That being said the class is fun to play and I would not change it. And for the love of God do not play it in equalized content when they take away anything the class dies.
What would be the best build for leveling/gearing up until you can get this much spec?
I tried Robust during leveling (so not full legendary set yet) and remember i had issues with not having enough enery for skills (maybe i spammed too much during downtime). Is that an issue one need to think of as well with complete gear at endgame? Im tempted to swap my EO legendary with RS relic as i just hit 1445 on her.
Last week I just made my 10th character, and that was a Robust soulfist, she even replaced my boring glavier out of the 6 chars and I can`t wait to hit big numbers on that bomb. I also got a very budget build for her, and you maybe say that i`m crazy, but she`s on 1420 ilvl with 5x3 using Robust,grudge,keen blunt,precise dagger and....broken bone. Wait, did I just say broken bone??! Hell yeah, 40% extra dmg on staggered monsters?? Why the hell not?? Every boss of every raid has a stagger check at some point, and after u throw your whirlwind and 2 skills to do your part you can start channeling that big boy. I know that in the rest of the time i`m basically playing a 4x3, but that`s not that terrible right?? Since the dmg from the spirit bomb is anyway the main source of dps. I can`t wait to get her the full hallucination set and enjoy the big dick numbers. Can`t wait to hit that fking clown for like 200m crits.

I have played robusti from the start and in the early game it was pain but now I just love this classs cant even think of maining eny other classes. Only broblem is that EUC its kinda hard to get many clas engravings or better quality. Because the class is so little played.
Pretty sure higher spec gives lower cooldowns on abilities too, correct me if in wrong.
dont think it does, but your flashstep helps you reduce cd :)

the beauty of robust spirit and eo is that they share gems so if you want, just have both. Switch whenever you feel like you're getting bored.
I use my EO build to deal with prokel while i doing everything else with Robust Spirit :D
EDIT: I've done a lot of ttesting and with what we currently have available to us, precise dagger is more viable than adrenaline.
You go adrenaline if you have bracelet that improves your crit (not the crit stat but the other lines that provide crit on top of crit stat).

Played EO for a few months now. I loved it but now it got me real tired because of how punishing it is to activate Hype at the wrong time. It's a big L the moment you hype at the wrong time. Not to mention it gets really tiring on current content because it's just spam all the way and I am starting to dislike it. Going to RS but man....anything Spec related is mad ex and I need to farm that dough for this to work smoothly.
