@@Nikkohh Thanks! No the actual rim of the snare pad is sensitive so it works only when I play a rimshot hit :)

Let me ask, I'm wondering whether to use ezdrummer3 vs superior drummer 3 from your company Toontrack, I don't know which vst to choose, can you tell me the difference between ezdrummer 3? vs superior drummer 3. I'm very confused!thanks
In short, EZdrummer 3 is more designed for creative songwriting while Superior Drummer 3 for engineering and sound design. What kind of drum kit is he playing on? I see Roland cymbals and hi hats, and Drumtec heads.
Are they acoustic shells that have triggers mounted in them?
Those are acoustic drums converted into digital with built in triggers. I wanna say that the triggers are also from Drumtec but I’m not 100% sure. We also used 2 Roland KT10’s for kicks. All that goes through a Roland TD-50 and right into my MacBook Pro and Superior Drummer 3. Those are Fredrik’s e-drums by the way, I have a little bit a different setup at home but it works very similarly.

GREAT, but what else can it play besides drum sounds? I would like to hear guitar, bass and synth chords too? : ) as well as a massive library of sound effects and samples....EDM for example and loads of rock band stuff? : ) basicly I want to be a 1 man band!
Superior DRUMMER 3. It's a drum sample library. You can simulate other instruments with plugins and stuff in your DAW
