I love African Grey's..I had one that was my buddy...I even had a spacific silver chain I wore that he had"broken in" for me by...playing with it and would never be straight again...so i just wore it around him..he rode on my shoulder while I took care of my fish tanks....he also liked walking around the rim of the tank looking at the fish...great birds
My grey just turned 5 on Monday. She adores my husband. She could care less about me. I’m the one who has done 100% of the research, food prep, toy buying, cleaning, baking, teaching… Yet she blatantly adores him over me any time of the day. 😔 I’d love to get another but I don’t want babies and I’m not sure how two females would react to each other. My girl is extremely SASSY!! LOL. Thankfully she’s past the biting stage and can use her words. Phew. That was rough. Love her so much. I’d do anything to have another baby grey. ❤❤❤
Sounds like one of our females. She loves me although my wife is the one that does everything for them. She tries to poop in my wife's coffee every morning. 😂
Personality varies. If she tolerates you, that's a plus. They can have extreme paranoid level jealousy for no known reason. My grey decided to pick on a pit bull at a Blessing of the Animals event. I had a mom to bird talk with him. That dog is a whole lot bigger than you are and the owner is a whole lot bigger than I am, so you cut that out!
Let me tell you about my parrot, Sammee. At nite Sammee waits for me to sit and recline. She starts chirping from her cage for me. I go get her n recline. She stays on my chest til time for bed. But here's the kicker. She doesn't want to leave. Ill say "step up" and she starts backing up and won't get on. When she can go no further she'll flip on her back. She doesn't want to leave me. So I'll rub her feet and try again. When I finally get her to step up she'll reach for my pajamas to hang on to me. Sammee speaks about 250 words and makes many sounds but she is the most loving pet I've ever had. I had a cockateil that was so loving too. I spend time with my pets and birds are time consuming. Do not get if you don't have time. They need the love.
A neighbour keeps an African grey chained up all day in a store near my house. When I pass the store I stop and pet it and it bows it's head and seems to like it. It breaks my heart that it is there everyday with nobody interacting with it 😔
Who cares about stupid, rogue laws? Especially those made by corrupt Men. You wore a face diaper and believed there was a pandemic and bodies were piling up sky high a couple years ago didn't you?
Oh wow I realize they were endangered until you said this and I went to go search lol, but apparently the specific bird depends on where you live and if you obtain them legally,it’s ok
Q: Is X species of parrot social? A: Yes. All species of pstticiness are highly social and live in flocks or groups of varying sizes. This was an evolutionary adaptive trait parrots (taxonomy Order) evolved for survival. 🦜 ❤
Seeing greys with dark eyes is so fun because you know they are babies still.

Some may not be into touching but that little fella on the right sure wanted a cuddle! :D
They may be social birds but what is for sure is that they can recognize Wario.
Is Michael from All Parrots a social bird? And is he hands on?

Yes, they very shy but sooooo sociable. They the best. Love our love bird and cocutoo as well. My grey is just the best.
Very cuteeee 😍 😊😊😊
They sure are! Love them
Always give the birds their own space that how they thrive in their own life
Love the awkward “birdie palate” the one on the left does. Still figuring it out I see!
I have found my spirit animal.

Yes! They are far more social than me. 😊
AWWWWW they are baby african greys!!!
My one African grey is quite hectic how you got 3 just all chill 😭😭
Should one get one AG or more than one? Am planning to get one or 2 as soon as I retire.
Why is no one talking about the 2 parrots on the right making out near the end
I want one!!!!!
Pls don't get one until you really have the time or they will suffer.
Well, they live in flocks in the wild, so I'll go with yes.
Where can I get a good cheap one from

Might not be hands on. Proceeds to contact head with hand.
Well mine are raised and trained to be hands on. It takes a significant proactive effort. They aren’t typically this way.
@@All-Parrots I figured, just found it funny he did it as you were saying it

Hi I have a question in regards to my 5mounths old cag he’s tail feathers have a lot of black on them is this normal?
Timneh Greys have pretty dark tails. However, Congos normally have bright red tails.
Mine is a congo! Would a dark colour indicate health issues?
Possibly
But I herd they stay dark from birth up to their first molt is this a fact?
?????
Nice
wow I've never seen inyone online have iny more then one African gray good homys for apollow and gismo to have a flock with
And Symon 😊

Are they for sale?
Never put a baby bird in a corner
かわいい❤❤❤
🐦️⤴️🐦️⤴️🐦️⤴️🧔✋💕
They may be social but they will suddenly deep bite you.
Anything is possible. That’s why it is so important to raise them the right way, train them, and follow a methodical approach that avoids biting.
only if you don't know what you're doing/don't train and socialize them properly.
Not mine
PET THE BABIES MICHAEL
yeah its not natural for them to be petted all the time
You have ok
Oh wow so my ex girlfriend Daria was an African gray ?
Shrock!
Wait a minute, isn’t it illegal to own a endangered animal?

You seriously need to put some furniture in that place to cut down on the audio bouncing off the walls, like a bathroom
