I really liked how you walked your whole process through here. It's such an organic way of creating art. I'm definitely going to try thumbnailing more often. BTW you're absolutely right about using tools and programs to work backwards. I've done that my whole life buying expensive things like instruments and tech that just get dusty after a month. crazy how insightful this one video is for me, lol
thank you for the intresting walkthrough! As an Architect I usually work with a similiar workflow, although I would never draw the full scene again once more. Just enhance the 3d stuff with little overlays. I like the end product. It would be cool to animate it. Maybe as a loop? :)
I redrew as I wanted it all in vector and there is a slightly different finish compared to a 3D render. Animating would be cool but I don’t have after effects, maybe will revisit in future. Thanks for your comment!
