Overpriced by at least $200,000. Wait a couple of years while inventory explodes.
Not trying to disagree with you. But in the end life goes on and people will buy what they need in the moment, we are all getting old and a few years later mean like a 5 years increase in your life your missing out. My point is price will flatline if market is bad and increase slowly if market is good

Covered paved lanai. Would fence and add a pool. Spacious primary. Agreed. Hall bathroom is big. 2nd home ok elevation. Paved garage. A peak of the kitchen on entry. Agreed with first bedroom or office space with those doors. Admire the floors as you tour the remaining bedrooms. Big breakfast nook. Great laundry 🧺. Primary ok. Lovely en-suite. Gotta add another rack in the closet. Agreed. Fence and pool

Hi Kaleb, The house is nice and Huge. I prefer not to live behind a lake. In my Opinion, I think that's is priced to high. More like $375,00 $395,00. So the 2nd is beautiful, But paying $600,000, You can get 2 homes for that price. Great Video Kaleb. Happy Holidays.

Hey Kaleb, viewer from the UK here. I was wondering, with the first one in Kissimmee, can you buy the home with the full amount "cash" or can you only buy with a mortgage? Out of the 2 I'd buy the Kissimmee one for the location but would have the styling of the second. Thanks and happy holidays!!

They went from ridiculously overpriced to overprice.
