Thanks for sharing your journey! I think the hardest part of losing a lot weight for me was getting into a muscle building mindset. Feels wrong to want to add weight but it’s the only way to get the look most people want!

Yassss! The coffee and water first thing in the morning is solid advice! Thank you for this, I’m on a weight loss journey and trying to build muscle as well and I grew up in a time where very very low calorie diets were the “thing” and so I’m trying to find a healthy balance.

I’m down to 165 from 200 and I realized I need to get more gains while cutting but I get so tired after cardio. Maybe caffeine will help
Definitely try some caffeine or endurance supps!
You could try yohimbe…I use it first thing in the morning for faster cardio…have energy all day!! Keep grinding and push through…you got this!!!
I’m leaning out and starting to see muscle definition in my arms and shoulder. I eat pretty clean an I do burpees, jumping jacks, and walking incline treadmill for my cardio. I can’t seem to get rid of this stubborn belly fat around the front and the sides. What I’m the world do I have to do to get rid of it. Everything else disappears on my body but that fat in my mid is not goin anywhere

Why am I barely finding this channel? This dude is legit, it’s funny because everything he says on here is how I lost 40 lbs from 205 to 165 while supplementing from transparent labs with a low carb diet.

To be fair too, he wasn't really close to 'obese' and you can tell he had a reasonable amount of muscle to start building.
