Just finished re-reading my favorite YA fantasy trilogy, it is Shadow of the Fox by Julie Kagawa. lt even has some cool psychological elements because one of the characters is trained to be as emotionless as possible because a demon is trying to take over his mind.
@@jasonpcrawfordauthor Honestly, I don’t know how that decision is made or how MMPs have changed over time. I know it is a trad avenue but there might become a self-pub equivalent or competitor at some point in time. We just haven’t thought of it or come up with it yet.
@@DrL_Reads the real issue is that the profit from it is in bulk. I could probably, if I could front the printing costs, get one made, but I would have to order thousands of copies and then sell them to make the money back, which is something I just can’t do at this point.

@@jasonpcrawfordauthor I don’t think many self-pub authors can. Ebooks are about as “mass” as self-pub books can get right now.
